I have a booking with my wife and daughter I have a booking with my wife and daughter for 3 nights in ramada tarabzon when we received the room we were surprised that the room was with 3 single beds we contacted the reception to change to a room with a double bed and an extra single bed , we were informed that tonight nothing is available but they will make an Arrangement tomorrow to transfer to the reserved room , on the next day we were shocked by the hotel manger mr ameen who was extremely rude and denied they have any double rooms in the hotel plus he said that all the rooms in the hotel are single beds and there aren't any double beds , and he said that the only way to provide a double bed by combining 2 single beds , we weren’t satisfied with the answer but we went along with him because we were starting the day with a planned tour and we couldn’t wait much longer and when we came back at night unfortunately nothing changed we aren't happy with the situation and aren’t satisfied with our experience with ramada because we aren't used to this type of treatment from ramada

One of the best hotels in trabzon if not the best, the staff here are amazing, helpful and nice + the hotel was so clean and it had a nice location and a really nice rooms view. The staff are SUPERB, very polite and very helpful. Our stay was very good because of the wonderful staff. They speak very good English. The location is also amazing, in old town Trabzon with cobblestoned narrow streets, full of restaurants, near Trabzon Meyden Park always bustling with people. The hotel is also 5-10 minute walking distance to the Tourist Information Center, drop in before you visit any place as they will let you know how to get there and what will be the price of public transportation. They speak fluent English. The area is safe but keep in mind that like ANY old town of a city, the streets are narrow and hence big buses (or camper van will not fit in). Room was spacious and clean with A/C and heater. We got a room with the view of Black sea. Bathroom was clean and hot water was good. The Wifi was strong. Turkish breakfast was good with cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, bread, butter, jam, honey, tea coffee, olives etc. Its in the tourist area and lots of cars pass by, its a bit noisy but we slept pretty good. Get a room in the higher floors for less noise. We would stay here again. Highly recommend it.

It’s hard to find, and I can’t find it on Google Maps navigation. Later I asked the shops around the building to find out. You have to go through the tunnel and then go up the elevated highway. You can find this shop after entering the old town. It’s not usually difficult to find. The hotel, I promise you can’t find it. This hotel is dishonest. I have to swipe my card to pay when I check in. I asked him if he has deducted the money online? He said no. He returned the cash to me after I found the payment evidence online. The bed was too soft and my waist was folded. The room was small and the breakfast was poor.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel as a base for our trips in northern Turkey before heading to Istanbul. The hotel was average, with modest rooms and breakfast. Rooms were ok though, with fairly good wifi and a small LCD TV. Bathrooms were not bad and clean. Tea and coffee facilities are present as well. The rooms are quite old and should be refurbished soon, but I think they already have better rooms, probably the ones with a sea view. The staff were friendly but usually couldn't speak english. The location was not very close to citycentre but taxis are not very expensive. There's a supermarket very close to the hotel and they have quite everything from groceries to fruits. Maybe it's not the best hotel in town but for a budgetary hotel it's not a bad choice.

The hotel is located directly at the sea and you have a super sea view. What is a pity that the minibar was not filled. There was only water. The room was cleaning good. Olcay Hanim has always made a lot of effort and always asked if she can do something for us. I would book this hotel for myself again and again because it has a good location.

The rooms you see in the pictures are real, new furniture, new kitchen, new dishes, washing machine ... No parking problem, there is a child park in the backyard. ЛЛетаюExcellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's.
The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

GGuest UserThe hotel is the usual budget hotel. Cleanliness, decoration, air-condition and comfort in rooms were all good. Breakfast was average. It's 10 minutes walking to downtown Trabzon. The real plus thing that I would encourage anyone to book this hotel for is the helpful staff. Selenay is just amazing. She helped us from the beginning in booking and advised us with better rooms to suit our big number (10 family members). She did a great job organizing our daily trips (3 days in a row - 1st one to Uzungol, 2nd to Zigana / Hamiskoy / Sumela Monastery & the 3rd to Rize). The thing I'm most grateful to her for is that I forgot some valuable stuff in the room and found out after returning to Egypt. She did her best to send me my belongings by mail and it worked out after several trials. I'm very thankful to her.

Jjenjen402Would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The parking garage is very confusing, however. We did eventually find it underground. The hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking drivers to the local sites like Sumela Monastery. It was a wonderful stay!

WWolf.hkThe location is close to the bus station. It is very convenient whether you take a minibus to the city center or take a long-distance bus to other cities. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a large shopping mall.
The hotel has a lift, the facilities are clean, and the room has enough space for two suitcases. The manager Zafar was very gracious and offered to assist.
On the day of check-in, we arrived early by an early flight, and they tried their best to arrange the room, and took us to the restaurant to rest first.
The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is located in the center of the vehicle yard, in the middle of a busy traffic hub. If you are driving by yourself, you are likely to encounter congestion. Be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot.

I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. But then again, it is close to all the main attractions, so depends what you're looking for! Overall, I woul
