The hotel is clean, the furniture is modern, and it is close to restaurants, Jawaher Mall, and the square. The staff are very helpful. The outdoor seating is beautiful and quiet. The area is very close to the airport. There is always tea and all sides of the hotel have beautiful views.

I and my family stayed at this hotel during the Eid period, and unfortunately we were robbed (a sum of money) on our last day at the hotel while we were at breakfast. The cleaning lady, who had master access cards for all the rooms, entered the room 3 times within two minutes and stole the money. Of course, this is what the surveillance cameras showed and I saw it myself, knowing that on the day of leaving the hotel there is no cleaning of the room. The police were called, but unfortunately we did not benefit, despite the presence of evidence showing everything, under the pretext that you need to go to a police station to file a complaint, and the police translator advised us not to go. We will not benefit. He told us, “May God reward you.. I advise everyone, especially me. Most of the hotel guests are Arabs.” Be careful and do not leave anything in the rooms, especially since the thief is the cleaning person who unfortunately has an access card to all the rooms.
