I stayed at this hotel recently, expecting 5-star service, but instead, I encountered shockingly unprofessional behavior from the staff. Upon checking out, I was rudely accused of damaging the TV remote, which had missing arrow buttons. I hadn’t even bothered to report the remote the night before, as I was tired, and it was still functional. However, the front desk employee aggressively claimed that the remote was in perfect condition and suggested I had caused the damage, speaking to me in a disrespectful and accusatory tone. When I politely asked him to lower his voice and address me professionally, his response was, "If I didn’t lower my voice, what would you do?"—a statement that made me feel more like I was dealing with a street gang member than a hotel employee. This type of hostile and unprofessional conduct is completely unacceptable, especially at an establishment that claims to be 5-star. As a paying guest, I expect courteous and respectful treatment, but instead, I was met with hostility and disrespect. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking a stay here. Customer service should be a top priority in any hotel, especially one that advertises itself as luxurious. A deeply disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professionalism and quality service.
