Radisson Blu Hotel Trabzon

This hotel is on the mountain top and their sea view rooms have exceptional breath taking view of the Black Sea. Our check in experience was not great and have to wait for an hour even though we arrived at check in time 14:00. The reservation just didn’t care about me standing in front of them they just kept doing their work without even saying hi or telling for wait a minute. One doesn’t expect such attitude from 5 star hotel staff. The sea view room was exceptional as was the daily breakfast. Ms Nazli at breakfast egg station was fantastic. You may find excellent lady Ms Beyza Şahin at the information table looking after private tours (NERGIS 61) they have fantastic drivers who can take you around Trabzon, Ayder and Uzungöl at the good price. To note there are no eateries around this hotel and the walk is around steep hill area. You will always need a taxi or private car to take you to Meydan(the city center).

I was quite disappointed with the lack of attention to detail when it came to room cleanliness,I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from a hotel of this caliber. The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned during my stay . As a paying guest, I should not have to worry about the basic sanitation of my accommodations.

Nice choice for travelers seeking both mountain and city views. The rooms are beautifully designed, offering breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks and urban landscape. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful… And there is an old traditional cafe called Koru Cafe Boztepe, just 1 min from the hotel that serves a nice Turkish tea in a pot and yummy gozleme with a beautiful sunset view …

Very beautiful view, Modern rooms, peaceful atmosphere, Nice lobby with eye catching view toward black sea. The seasonal swimming pool and gym were fantastic The lady in the reception was very helpful and expert in her work. We enjoyed the 3 nights stay in Radisson blue Trabzon. Our journey was in the month of July 2024.
