A great location. Amazing view of the river. A massive amount of food for breakfast and dinner. Gave us free champagne for girls' trip and some freebies like leg fatigue plasters. Staff do not speak much English, but we get by just fine with simple translation via apps. Visited more by locals and is wheelchair friendly.

It’s a very nice onsen hotel in Kinosaki with great river side view from the hotel room. You can also choose many different pattern of Yukada from hotel offer to walk around the onsen town and enjoy the different types of onsen. The hotel staffs are warm and very helpful, we had good time staying in this wonderful hotel in Kinosaki.

The staff were very nice. They even gave us a ride when they saw us walking to the station. The room has a very nice view even if it was  ROH. We only had breakfast with our plan but it was a good deal. The onsen is also good. We’ll definitely go back and recommend to friends.

A lovely hotel and wish to revisit, the room are fantastic, it's good combination between western and Japanese style with big room and bed. Also including complimentary of all drink in fridge (both water and alcohol drink). Although the staff could not communicate in English, but they are pleased to help us. There is free shuttle bus to public bath area. Breakfast is also delicious and beyond our expectation.

The ryokan style rooms were a lovely touch. The inclusive dinner came with so many courses that we were absolutely stuffed every single night and the fact that a member of staff helps explain all the dishes and prepares them in front of us felt like a real lovely touch of authenticity and luxury. There are no individual bathrooms in the rooms aside from a sink and toilet but the hotel Onsen is easy to access and comfortable to use. The staff also make the bed after dinner every night and anytime we had questions for reception, they were always happy to help, especially with train station transfer and recommendations and vouchers for different restaurants in town. The hotel rooms have a great view of the mountains as it is slightly off the main road. I would definitely recommend this for couples traveling.

The staff were super friendly but OH MY GOD WAS THE VIEW SPECTACULAR. A view of the mountains and stream greeted us and it was simply wonderful. Our package came with in-room dinner and the staff serving us was the nicest lady ever. She did not take up a lot of our time with small talk but was quick to answer any questions we had about how to prepare and eat our kaiseki dinner. She didn't speak english but communicated effectively with a translation device. When I say I was 'defeated' by dinner - I meant - MAN WAS THERE A LOT OF AWESOME FOOD TO HAVE. Location wise, it isn't very near to the public baths (a 10min walk to the nearest one) but that afforded the location a wonderful peace at night.

A great ryokan. Huge rooms, excellent service. They will meet you, arrange dinner, give you haori and geto. The hotel has a perfect atmosphere, a very cool onsen and a chic relaxation area with massage chairs. This is the very unique experience that is 100% worth the money. And also a cute stork's nest from the window :)

Great stay with excellent service and hospitality! While the location is slightly further from town, it’s still easily walkable. The service team was outstanding, providing lovely yukata for us to wear and even offering to drive us to the public bathhouses and drop us off at the station. Their hospitality truly stood out! The hotel room was spacious and beautifully designed, with fantastic shower products that added a touch of luxury. The food was delicious, and the onsen at the hotel was a perfect way to relax. Highly recommended!
