Location is good. Room is quite new. However, we are located on the 1st floor and directly on 2nd floor is the breakfast dining area. Hence, we were woke up around 5.30am by staff footsteps above, setting up the breakfast. Wall is very thin. We were unwell after eating the dinner sashimi that night. We chose the last dinner slot at 6.30pm. Both had diarrhoea, vomit and fever.

Friendly staff and service, such a unique experience. Maybe the floor mats or because our room was close to the kitchen but it was not a pleasant smelling space.

Close to the station
Very good private onsen, very helpful receptionist.
Most of restaurants close at 6:30pm, the guy at receptionist help us to found the one still open.

I Travel to Kinosaki Onsen, the hotel location was good near JR station and also near the tourist spot.
Hotel will provide the onsen pass to all guest to join best 7 public bath in Kinosaki onsen
Moreover, if you want to onsen in the hotel, hotel have 4 private onsen for guest
Very nice stay and comfort here

Love this quaint little ryokan at Kinosaki! The service is friendly although not much English is spoken there. Expect the staff to introduce you the amenities of the ryokan such as the free first-come -first-serve private onsen (there are a total of 4, but recommend the one named Hana because it's the newest and the nicest). The room itself is tiny but comfortable. There is no shower in the room, so would have to take the shower at the onsen or at the ryokan's own onsen. The room package came with kaiseki (we had the snow crab one) and it was delicious with pretty looking food. The blanket was thick and comfortable, perfect for the cold weather. There was not much view from our room.
