Hot spring hotel staff are friendly and courteous
Breakfast and dinner are very rich, and the plum wine and soda is super delicious.
The location is convenient, about 10-15 minutes walk from Kinosaki Station

A great little ryokan that appears to be run by a family. The hotel is on the hot spring street. The gentleman at the front desk can speak English, and the communication is very convenient. The waitress who can't speak English can use a translator, so the communication is very good throughout the process. The hotel's own hot spring needs to be reserved, from 16:00 to 23:00, 45 minutes each time. Dizang soup is just opposite the hotel, which is suitable for morning soup the next day. The food is also very good, in short, it is a hotel with high cost performance.

出了城崎車站後，向右轉直走再右轉就到了飯店店門口,飯店有重新裝潢過整體的設計很美麗.早上的時候有火車經過，但是不會太吵隔音設備也不錯，還可以欣賞火車經過河邊的情景.
門口有很多木屐鞋可供旅客外出使用,也有浴衣提供也可以另外付費880日幣另外選購漂亮的雨衣穿著，飯店的老闆是兩夫妻經營的,個性都非常幽默有趣英文也是可以溝通.
走進2樓走廊跟房間是全部重新裝潢,但是沒有沐浴的設施需要去外面泡湯才可以洗澡.
溫泉飯店的晚宴滿滿10道料理早上也是遲到料理食材都非常的豐富是旅遊住宿的好選擇整體的感覺是非常舒服輕鬆.
睡覺的棉被也會幫你鋪好，晚上也是非常的安靜可以一叫到天亮.

Okawa is a great ryokan to stay at. They will make sure your stay is very enjoyable and comfortable! We booked two nights with breakfast and dinner and we got a great sized room in traditional Japanese style with futon beds. During dinner and breakfast, they would make up the room for us, either converting it from sitting room to bedroom or back from bedroom to sitting room. There is no bathroom included, only a private toilet and wash stand, but since the nearest onsen is across the street and open from 7 am to 11 pm, we had no problems with that. Entry to all 7 public onsen in Kinosaki is included in your stay. The breakfast and dinner were Japanese style too, very good and enjoyable, even though fish and rice for breakfast are a bit of a switch for us. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend them enough, the Okawa's (a husband and wife) are lovely and so helpful.
