Lovely place. Room was spacious, service was great. We got the pass to visit all 7 onsens. There are also 3 private onsens that you can use for free. Food was great. Location is slightly off the main streets so it's quiet but still very close to everything.
There's also a small bar within the guesthouse which serves delicious cocktails.

다 좋았는데 체크아웃 할 때 추가 납부금액 결제하려고 하니 예약할 때 미리 결제해둔 방값까지 '택스' 라고 하면서 납부 하라는데 5분동안 우리가 확인하고 알아보다 갑자기 자기 혼자 아~ 이러면서 다시 납부금액 안내를 해주더군요
처음엔 실수인 줄 알았지만 가만히 생각해 보니 일본은 자그마한 실수에도 모시와케 고자이마스 이러면서 거듭 사과하는 걸 많이 봤는데 그 직원은 단 한 마디 고멘나사이도 절대 안 하더군요
우리가 미스테이크? 하니까 하이 미스테이크 이따구로만 하고 아무래도 우리가 외국인이니까 혼자 현금 꿍쳐 먹으려고 했던 것 같은데 리뷰 보시면 그렇게 불쌍하게 살지 마세요 진짜
그리고 여기 가시려는 외국분들 계시면 안경쓰고 지배인 삘 나는 남자 조심하세요

予約時は「錦水」という温泉旅館で案内されますが、実際は「街のねどこ kinsui」という風呂無しの別館に案内されます。サイトで提示される条件と異なり、そのことを指摘しても取り付くしまがなく、非常に無礼な態度で案内されました。

This is the budget version of the property, away from the main property, but for anyone looking for a no frills stay, this place is exactly it. Relatively modern room and very clean. Size of the room will be a squeeze with large suitcases, will recommend bringing smaller hand carry bags if possible.
