The inn itself feels old, but all the staff were very responsive, especially the person in charge of the stay, and the customer service was very polite and good. At the event, there will be super bowl scooping and all-you-can-eat sweets right after entering the entrance, so I think it's fun for families with children as well. There is no indoor bath in the room, but there are 4 types of private baths, so it was nice to be able to take a relaxing bath with just my companion.
I ordered breakfast and dinner, and I was very satisfied with both the food and the portions.The service told me that I would like some yakisoba, but I was interested in it, but I was too full to eat it, which was a shame. I would like to use it again if I have a chance to go to Kinosaki Onsen again.

Although the small hot spring hotel has slightly outdated facilities in this hot spring town, there is a public hot spring (mandala hot spring) next door, which is very convenient and the service is very considerate. It was so much food that I couldn't finish it.
The kids had unlimited candy and enjoyed scooping up super balls. For adults, the welcome drink was beer, and the beer with the meal was only 180 yen.
