The hotel is an old house but the rooms are quite big and clean. The food for one night and two meals is okay, and if it is a more expensive hotel, the food will be more exquisite. The hotel is right next to a public bath and has 4 private baths, which is quite convenient. You can walk to the station, but the hotel has a bus pick-up. Overall, I think it is good value for money and exceeds my expectations. The guests are all Japanese, which shows that it is a relatively local hotel. I actually recommend it because the experience feels no different from those hotels that are twice as expensive. The hotel staff had a very good service attitude. The only problem was that they could hardly speak English. My friend could speak Japanese so it was no problem, but if you couldn't speak Japanese you might have to rely on a translator to communicate. The store had an English guide which was acceptable.

As soon as you arrive at Kinosaki Onsen Station, you can feel the enthusiasm. The hotel has a dedicated person and a special car to take the guests to the door of the hotel. The receptionist at the front desk printed out the order information early, gave a warm reception, and introduced the situation of the town and the location of the fireworks that day. The room is a traditional Japanese room, and children like it very much. The room is large and has a private bathroom. The time for one stay and two meals is also set at the front desk. When the time comes, the food is well prepared, rich and the service is attentive. Unfortunately, I missed the time for the hotel's hot spring that day. I didn't have time to take a dip the next day, so I had to go next time. It's actually better to stay in town for two nights, it's very quiet.

The inn itself feels old, but all the staff were very responsive, especially the person in charge of the stay, and the customer service was very polite and good. At the event, there will be super bowl scooping and all-you-can-eat sweets right after entering the entrance, so I think it's fun for families with children as well. There is no indoor bath in the room, but there are 4 types of private baths, so it was nice to be able to take a relaxing bath with just my companion. I ordered breakfast and dinner, and I was very satisfied with both the food and the portions. The service told me that I would like some yakisoba, but I was interested in it, but I was too full to eat it, which was a shame. I would like to use it again if I have a chance to go to Kinosaki Onsen again.

Although the small hot spring hotel has slightly outdated facilities in this hot spring town, there is a public hot spring (mandala hot spring) next door, which is very convenient and the service is very considerate. They will help clean the suitcase and put it in the room. , there are a lot of snacks at the front desk for you to pick up, Japanese breakfast + seasonal limited matsuba crab dinner are also very rich, there is a free shuttle bus to the train station, the driver uncle is very good in English, chatting all the way, it is a warm and cost-effective small hotel ! Recommended to friends who want to go to Kinosaki Onsen!

It was so much food that I couldn't finish it. The kids had unlimited candy and enjoyed scooping up super balls. For adults, the welcome drink was beer, and the beer with the meal was only 180 yen.
