Booked a one-night stay with two meals, dining in a separate small private room on the 1st floor, the room number is the same as the room number. When the JR station was approaching departure time, I found that I forgot to bring my backpack. The hotel is quite far from Kinosaki Onsen Station (it takes 15 minutes according to Google Map instructions). However, the train station has a free Shuttle Bus service specially provided for travelers. As long as you provide your check-in voucher, whichever hotel you choose to stay in, you will be picked up in front of the hotel. .
The hotel staff has a good service attitude and is friendly. We checked in to the room where we stayed that day, and the staff explained every detail and precautions of the check-in in English.
The package we chose provides one stay and two meals. The food quality is good, and the dinner and breakfast provided are generous.
Although there are traces of history inside and outside the hotel, it is well maintained, clean and tidy, making your stay comfortable.
