Hotel Kinparo Reviews

Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

The three sisters went back to Kinparo after 20 years. The emotions they felt before came back to life, and they recalled their memories vividly, and they were happy while enjoying the hot springs and eating a wonderful kaiseki meal.

Excellent room view and delicious breakfast The hotel is older and about an 8-minute drive from the town center. Note that the last shuttle from the hotel is at 3:30 pm, because in summer the shops in the town begin to close at 4 pm. The room is very large, with full sea view and sunrise. The breakfast is delicious and unique. The service staff is enthusiastic and the dining experience is pleasant.

The staff were very polite and I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was a little far from the center, but the shuttle service was well managed and I had no problems. The room was clean and the view was better than expected, and the indoor bath was spacious and relaxing. We were served a wide variety of dishes made with seasonal ingredients, which were not only delicious but also visually pleasing, so overall I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again.

Great service, great experience, great! ! ! The hotel has a great view. When you get to the station, call the hotel and a car will be sent to pick you up at the station. The service is very attentive and the food is exquisite! ! ! recommend

We made an appointment for pick-up in advance. The chef arrived early and was neatly dressed and polite. Our luggage was delivered to the hotel and we were introduced to the room. The main thing is to feel the tranquility of the town. It is very comfortable on the beach. There are no people around to take a bath in the hot springs at night to relieve the fatigue of the journey.

It was very convenient as it was adjacent to Kinosaki Marine World. The room felt old, but the view of the ocean from the window was beautiful. The large public bath was also clean and we enjoyed it. However, we were a little disappointed that both the bath towels in the room and those in the large public bath had a slight smell, like they had been dried in the shade. The breakfast selection was extensive and the staff were very friendly, so we enjoyed our two days here. We would like to try a different room next time! Thank you for your hospitality.

Good, but the location is too far away, the hot spring quality is average, and the food is good

A very good Japanese-style hotel, located on the coast of Hiyoriyama, with rooms with full sea view and a picturesque view of the Sea of Japan. The hotel service is considerate, the room is large, and the facilities are complete and user-friendly. The hotel's hot spring also has a panoramic sea view, which is very comfortable.

Great location

My daughter's family and I stayed with my husband and I. The rooms were spacious and there was a Japanese-style room as well as a massage chair, which was great. The hot spring was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The breakfast buffet was also great, and there was so much food that we couldn't finish it. The homemade marmalade was so delicious that we wanted to ask how it was made. We'd like to stay again. Thank you very much. However, it was disappointing that we didn't get a chance to take a commemorative photo in the lounge with a great view, as we had hoped to do so.

It was a fun time with my grandchildren. We also enjoyed Marine World. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had just the right amount of items so it was easy to choose. The dried fish for breakfast was also excellent. We visited on a weekday, so it was nice to be able to relax in the lobby and enjoy the spectacular view. The building and rooms are a little dated, but they were well-cleaned and we were able to relax in a spacious room. I'd like to make time to visit again. Thank you.

This was my second trip to Kinparo! Last time I stayed in a Japanese-style room with a view of the ocean, but this time I stayed in the Tokijiku Deluxe Japanese-Western Room. It was a reward trip after a year of hard work. The Tokijiku Deluxe Room was the best. The crab full course included crab sashimi, grilled crab, tempura, shabu-shabu, crab rice, a bowl of boiled crab, and even teppanyaki Tajima beef! I was very satisfied! I was able to relax in the bath in the spacious room. The staff's service was also very pleasant, and I was very satisfied with their hospitality and all of the services! The Marine World complimentary ticket was also a nice perk! I would like to use their services again next year.
