Very nice hotel with nice onzen, free amenities, free ramen and ice cream!

The Japanese style hotel is very nice, especially with the inclusion of a wood bathtub in your own room. The common hot spring is also a lot larger than other Onyado Nono that I went to. Cons are that the outdoor hot spring area is slightly on the small side.

This hotel is just simply great. Friendly staffs, wonderful facilities, and heard-warming details. The only disadvantage is the location. It takes about 20 mins of tram ride from the station. It still worth it though.

It had a great breakfast, warm staff and with a personal thermal water bath it's an experience in itself.

Very nice hotel that incorporates elements from the traditional Japanese ryokan. I was surprised to learn you need to take off the shoes and store them in a locker before taking the elevator because everywhere is covered with tatami mats! You can enjoy the common bathhouse that has some special onzen facilities like water dropping from above (as if you were showering under a small waterfall), which was actually an old way of enjoying onzen that went back to Edo period if I am not mistaken. You can also enjoy fresh hot water right inside your room, which is another great thing about this franchise.

It was an amazing stay. Will come again if I visit Toyama again.

Nice hotel

Traditional Japanese hotel with traditional decoration. Free ramen and ice cream are provided for bathing. It is very close to the tram station and shopping district, so it is very convenient for travel and shopping.

Breakfast was very delicious and the room was very clean. It was nice to have a private hinoki bath, and the large public bath was also nice. As expected from the Dormy Inn family, it was nice to see the delicate details clearly.

Overall, it was a very satisfying inn. When I checked in, it was a little crowded, but the front desk staff were polite and did not neglect each person, so I felt at ease. I requested a room on the highest floor possible, and they gave me one on the top floor. It was a compact room, but there were partitions at the entrance, toilet, bath, and sink, so I was able to stay there comfortably. The bed in a Japanese-style room is somehow relaxing. The room also had a proper bathroom, so I enjoyed my morning bath. When you think of this inn, you think of "night noodles," "ice cream after bathing," "lactic acid bacteria drink after morning bath," plus a massage chair. It was like a stamp rally, and I enjoyed everything, but it was exciting. The fun things to do in the large public bath are the ReFa head shower, hair dryer, and mist sauna! The large public bath was neither too big nor too small. I was really satisfied, but there was just one thing... When I was waiting at the entrance to have breakfast, the staff member was not there, so I was left waiting... All I could see was a staff member holding a table cloth, staring blankly at me, wiping the tables clean as if to say, "This job has nothing to do with me." (Maybe it was her first day of work. If that's the case, I apologize.) I knew I wouldn't get anywhere if I just stood there at the entrance, so I said to the staff member preparing the food, "The staff member at the entrance wasn't there..." He responded quickly and I was able to have breakfast. That was the only disappointment. I'd like to use this place again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.
