Location is good!!! convenience store just downstair. Check-in and check-out is easy and user friendly.

The room I think quite spacious compare to other hotels we stay in Japan with similar amount we paid. It is also walking distance to the station, park and attractions, another good thing is there is convenience store next to the hotel

Toiletries amenities at the lobby, check in was smooth. There is 7-11 located just downstairs.

Daiwa-Roynet is a gem. It is just five minutes’ walk from Toyama Station and so it is real easy to go anywhere by train or bus. Where food is concerned, there is a range of eateries in the vicinity. Was really impressed when the service staff at the restaurant noticed our burnt toast and quickly offered to change it for us. The buffet breakfast was satisfying. The room was comfortable and I like the big bathroom very much.

Excellent location. Short walking distance from Toyama Station. Good for traveler using public transport.

A couple of minutes walk from the Toyama train station with numerous restaurants and convenient shops around. The check in lobby is at level 2, with lots of seats available. Self service coin laundry is at level 7 for our convenience. The room size is ok for me and is clean. The water power in the bathroom is strong with the necessary amenities like a hair dryer, cleaning gel, coffee and tea making facility and a lot more.

The staff upgrdaded our room which is very nich appreciated. The hotel is bery convenient and near to railway station. There are sushi shop & 7-11 linked to hotel. Overall, it was really a good experience.

This hotel is new and comfortable, so close to Toyama station only few minutes way, Stay at this hotel what impressed me most is the high quality service, it makes me feel at home. Ms Asauchi and Ms Park are so kind and warmhearted that they earnestly recommend us to have a special delivery from Takayama hotel to our next destination Yokohama, I will recommend your hotel to my friends and will come again.

Location is good with many restaurants nearby. 711 is on ground floor Love the bathroom the best - bath tub and shower room separated from wc. Strong water pressure, it’s the best! Bed is firm and pillow is hard, not so much to our liking. Duvet very comfortable. Hotel provided a phone charger with different adapter. Car park is at public car park next to it. Charges 700 yen per day. Very convenient

Love it when the hotel is just a few minutes from the station. Shopping and eateries are all close by. Breakfast is nice with good buffet choices. Will consider coming back if I go to Toyama again.

The room is very clean. There is a multi storey carpark connected to the hotel, you can park there if you are driving, overnight parking is cheaper if you pay at the hotel, you just need to validate the ticket at the reception at level 2 everyday before you leave the carpark. They will accumulate the parking fee at the time you check out, hassle free to pay everyday. The coin laundry washing machine is a bit weak to dry your clothes, my advice to those who drive is to bring to any 24 hours coin laundry outside, faster and more efficient. Besides the coin laundry, I will recommend this hotel. Thank you.
