It was a cozy room and the onsen was quite big with multiple segments. I just didn’t think the food was good (i had better at the other business hotels i stayed at. However staff was friendly and multilingual and the gift shop made it convenient to buy souvenirs from the area!

It's kinda old fashion kind of resort in this area but it provided what we needed. Room given is spacious to fit four of us. Receptionists and servants are helpful and always greeting. Public pool is good experience for my kids.

furnishings are quite dated but room was spacious and clean. location was great right in the middle of Lake Toya. There's a convenience stall just directly opposite and there's a great view of the fireworks. Futon was abit thin but comfy. Buffet breakfast was really delicious too.

Hot spring excellent

You can take a Toya Lake sightseeing boat behind the hotel. There is a Chinese waiter at the front desk who can call a taxi for you. You can get a free shuttle to Toya Station by making an appointment in advance. The Japanese-style room I booked has separate wet and dry areas. The included Japanese dinner is not bad, but the breakfast is average.
