Embassy Suites by Hilton Gatlinburg Resort

We loved our stay. The grounds are beautiful. Lots of places to sit outside. Cornhole and Yard Yahtzee out. I could have stayed in the lazy river all day long! The made to order omelets were a surprise and the happy hour was especially great when we were doing late dinners.

Kimber was amazing!!!! I had called a few times trying to get early check in as we had four young children and were traveling 8 hours. She made it happen. Removed so much stress thanks kimber!

New hotel, clean and fresh. Staff is visible and friendly and making sure you're satisfied. Very good breakfast, had a daily happy hour, both courtesy. Pool was great as was lazy river and hot tub.

The front desk clerk was rude, not helpful & the room was dirty. Not the room I booked either.

The hotel was very nice the reception hour didn’t have a big selection of drinks but overall it was a very nice stay

New hotel...Has the potential to be great once all the kinks get worked out. I stayed a week or 2 after opening. I will return and update my review..

I LOVED the amenities of the property! The lazy river, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, & the awesome breakfast/evening “reception” were great. I wished they had frozen drinks though! The rooms are a little small. But, it had a table, small kitchen area (sink, small fridge, & microwave), & couch so that made up for it as well as the amenities. Plus we weren’t in the room long. I loved loved the creek beside it ! The location is a little confusing. I went into the wrong hotel to check in. I wasn’t the only one - the gentleman in front of me did the same thing. And the hotel clerk said it happens all the time. No bathroom fan or it didn’t work. And it took me a min to figure out the lighting.

Beautiful, beautiful property. Wonderful room, great amenities. Would love to stay there again
