房間窗戶大，面對十和田湖，觀景甚佳。早餐簡單有幾款沙律，提供食材可以自製多士和飛碟。但晚餐只提供海鮮鍋和免治吞拿魚腩飯，對於一泊兩食而言，有點失望。

酒店位置極佳，方便自駕遊旅客！
大堂裝修型格，直望便是十和田湖，風景一流！
但略嫌酒店櫃檯員工，服務態度冷淡，講解不清楚，只叫我們登入Line。。詢問，及查詢酒店設備～
另外，此酒店的一泊兩食和其他溫泉旅館完全不同，我們那天的晚餐是壽喜燒，但只有冷藏的烏冬、蔬菜及海鮮包（只有三粒丸，一隻冷藏蝦及一隻帆立貝），對於成年旅客來說，份量略嫌不足，而且那三粒丸質感偏腍，沒有咬口，可說是我人生吃過最難吃的丸子。幸好，櫃檯有免費迷你杯麵提供，還是一個挺好的體驗。
我們住的房間面積偏大，只是浴室比較簡陋，建議住客在浸溫泉的時候，盡量利用溫泉提供的淋浴設備！
反而早餐，提供不少食物素材給旅客自製三文治，吃得健康又簡單～

飯店工作人員態度親切、熱誠，地點位置極佳，離公車站走路三分鐘，臨十和田湖，房間均面湖，房內設計高雅，早餐雖是自助，不過也很方便，大澡堂外還提供免費冰棒，真的很貼心，lobby 的休息空間也面湖，提供一個悠閒自在的活動空間，每房每天每人提供泡麵乙碗，加line好友，還可以任選飲品一罐，唯一覺得需要改進的是，房間的椅子雖然舒適，但是太矮，以致坐在椅子上只能望向天空，浪費了湖景之美。

十和田湖酒店很少，這家感覺是當地最好的一家了。服務員不會中文，用英文或者翻譯軟件交流，態度很好，辦理入住很快。房間很贊，就在湖邊風景宜人。和室需要自己鋪被褥。晚餐是提供食材料包，需要自己煮，有點意外😳浴場開放時間挺長，可以洗温泉。房間內也有簡單衞浴。

價格比十和田湖的民宿貴了不少，但酒店就在湖邊，很治癒。加上酒店的温泉很方便，還是很推薦。十和田湖很多設施已經沒有開，所以可供選擇的酒店也沒那麼多。
