In the complex apartment vote 7/10:wide,complete of everything, balcony,releasantly clean ; negative sides shower in bath, no air conditioning, mattress bed sofa, BAND THE MOQUETTE!! The hotel has a bell and a bell pool of water, and it is too hot, but the boys have enjoyed a half hour. Inflexible on check-in saying the room would be ready at 17:00, after a variety of hurry and laughs to take you around by them, carefully not to get the chief in the next office, They continued to postpone the allocation of the room .. and finally hand keys at 17.30. Check out is at morning .... Furthermore, I didn't understand the room number of the apartments, instead of helping me by writing them or by saying a number at once, she was shocked to continue to repeat the numbers in full in French. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Tour Train Station. When I made a reservation, I thought it was a hotel similar to IBIS. After entering the room, I found a surprise. The room was warmly decorated. Although the decorations were not high-end, they were carefully designed to make people feel comfortable. This hotel is a great choice for Tours and is worth recommending.

Excellent. Nicely fitted out room. Felt new. Fair beer and wine prices, soft seating area to chill in. Secure bike storage. Reception team all lovely, friendly, professional and helpful. Shout out to Georg, knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast was very good also, usual Hampton offering. Great location for centre. Car park 50m away, secure and 12 Euro for 24 hrs.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. It is outside the city and is a great place to explore some places from there. The hotel makes a very new design. Breakfast is great. There is a swimming pool (outside) with a few chairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the right to park our bikes in the washroom. There is a large parking space with many load points for electric cars. Wi-Fi is fantastic throughout the hotel.

The kind of hotel you just want to spend some time at. I walked in thinking: did I really pay the rate that I paid because it seems like a more expensive place. Very nice accommodations, which seemed recently renovated. Big rooms with split bathroom and amenities like a safe, fridge, closet, etc. Excellent breakfast with a rather good selection. Would love to go back again.

Really liked the upscale feel of this hotel. Room was nice and bed very comfortable. Bathroom well appointed. Staff friendly. Nice breakfast. Parking is in an underground lot across the street. Easy walk to an extensive old town. Would have given 5 stars but our room was too warm. Staff set it cooler on our individual thermostat but it never cooled down. Not sure if it was broken or we just didn’t have it figured out

This is a lovely hotel, with a very personal and tasteful decoration, situated in an old building in the city centre of Tours - so no elevators and loads of historical character. Beds and linen are very clean and crisp. Water cooker and tea in the room. Breakfast is very good as well, served in vintage china. The owners are sweethearts.

I had wrote beforehand asking for a view of river as a special occasion. When we arrived Elsa had arranged a lovely room and also a platter of sweet treats and a note. Honestly was so lovely and most appreciated. The room was spacious and a side view of river and the tram outside. We parked across the road and took the glass lift to just outside the entrance of hotel, very easy. Our car only just fitted in though ,being 1.8 m height and quite tight spaces and corners. The hotel is placed in an ideal spot. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby. Even a Starbucks next door. Only issue was room was quite warm, it was a beautiful day and sun was streaming in. Will definitely be returning as loved Tours

There is much to like about this lovely relaxing hotel. The pity was we had only one night here on our route from Marbella to Calais and it was much to our regret that we could not stay here longer. It's right in the centre of Tours, but down a quiet residential street. We hit town right at evening rush hour and traffic was tricky, but Tours is manageable size-wise. it has off-street parking for maybe eight cars, we found a spot, luckily. I'm not sure how they manage other guests. The welcome was friendly and efficient and we loved our room. it was big, spacious, comfortable and spotless. Everything you want to see in Tours is within walking distance too, or most at least and this neighbourhood is residential with lots of small businesses including restaurants. The Loire is 5 minutes away and a strret awash with restaurants is the same diatance. the Cathedral is maybe ten minutes or even less and the main thoroughfare is very near. Tours was bombed badly in the war so many of the streets and buildings in the centre were rebuilt post-war. I like Best Western-branded hotels. You know what you're going to get and they live up to their promise and exceed it on many visits I make. And that's more than fair. This hotel, an old Abbey - you wouldn't know apart from the odd hint - exceeded it.

Pros: location is close to the train station. Beds are comfortable. We didn’t eat here but there is a restaurant on site. Nice pool and steam room, but the jacuzzi is a cold bath. Cons: The concierge lost my spa reservation 2 hours after I made it and was unapologetic. Overall, they were brief and non-hospitable, which was quite a negative difference from the other places we have stayed in France. The facilities are very old. The hair dryer was poor and the coffee maker did not work well. There was no air conditioning in the fitness center and it was uncomfortably hot.

钱钱It is very bad for my colleague to book. The bad reason is that I can't swipe my credit card. It is not only a secured credit card, but also my colleague's two credit cards are not successful in the hotel front desk. In the end, I can only find Chinese restaurants to change euros. Cash, very disgusting is that the hotel also questioned the authenticity of the coins. They did not admit that there was a problem with their POS machines. They were not only having problems with the POS machine, but even the deduction system had problems. Ctrip also helped me to pay the hotel. Also failed.
