The staff on reception and elsewhere were very helpful. Clean and comfortable budget hotel. The hotel is near a busy road but still quiet at night. It is just a short walk to the tram stop where frequent trams go into and out of the city centre. Highly recommended

This is a disgusting and unsafe hotel. Bugs on the walls, incredibly tiny rooms, advertised as having air conditioning but they do NOT. Do NOT stay here. No elevator for luggage. You cannot open the door to the room all the way. Horrible horrible horrible

The Brit Hotel is well sited on the North of the city, easy access from the Autoroute and to the City - the trams, restaurants and shopping all work very well. It is very pleasant to now be known as regular customers.

Tiny room, uncomfortable bed, impossible to sit on the toilet without banging elbows on the shower screen and the toilet roll holder and you can also bang your head on the towel rail if you’re not careful. Difficult to spot from the road whilst driving too.

We stayed 1 night as a stop over on our trip across France, we're a family of 6 so had 2 rooms, we also had our dog with us so that's a bonus that pets are welcome. Whilst the rooms are small, I found them clean and equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable and even had memory pillows. The decor is a bit outdated, carpet in corridors and furnishings etc but overall a pleasant stay. We didn't eat there so can't comment on that side.

This is a lovely place the staff were so helpful. It is a place that I will return to. It was better than I had anticipated I have never stayed in a Brit hotel before. It was clean and well maintained. There was nothing to fault it. I turned up just before the end of breakfast and had a good meal. The receptionist was excellent a spoke very good English.

As expected except for a few things. Description suggested the hotel is nearer than the centre than it is, room 100 is horribly noisy being right next to reception and the bread rolls are lousy. Provide baguettes please - there is no excuse for horrible bread in France.
