Stayed here for one night whilst passing through to Biscarosse - pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the hotel! Private parking a plenty around the bank, very clean and great amenities. The man on reception when we arrived the afternoon of 14th July, was excellent. He really took his time to explain the best places to visit in the city and marked them all on the map for us.

Avoid this place at all costs. First of all, it is important to share that if you complain to the manager of what went wrong during your stay and you ask to speak in English so that there are no misunderstanding (as French is not our main language) , she will refuse to speak with you saying, and i quote: "We are in France so we speak in French". Moreover, if you stay more than one night, expect your room not to be properly clean every day. The dust will stay for all the long og your stay and the vacuum cleaner simply doesn't exist. Besides, this hotel's group policy is that if you stay more than one night, they should change the bedsheets every 3rd day - which we totally agree. We stayed there for 7 days, they changed it only once because we requested it. The toilet paper that is not finished in one room, they put it in another guest room. They charged our kids the city tax - which is illegal - and still have not give it back. The reservation says there is bottle of water in the room which is false - we complained about it and they just gave us on the first day. The breakfast does not comply with covid mesures: for instance, everyone touch the bread to cut it. To end this review, be aware that it is located in a not charming place and far away from center (15 - 20 min walking). Really bad hotel.

Soundproof on the street side but noisy inside the hotel itself, especially when people talk in the corridors or in their rooms. Absolute ban on taking your breakfast tray to your room. We allow you to have your cup of coffee but give you the impression that we are doing you a huge favor. And that early in the morning. I would have been better off sleeping in my car! Far from the city center. Very bad experience. There are other hotels in Tours!

We spent one night there which was very pleasant, the room and the bathroom seem to have been recently renovated. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, nothing to report. The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car from the city center (30 minutes on foot).

Super friendly staff. The room is very functional. The restaurant is very correct. We came for a funeral. The hotel was ideally located between the funeral home and the ceremony church.
