Stayed at this self catering hotel for 14 nights Arrived at check in staff believed we were a family and we were not just a couple following morning summoned to reception and accused of double booking our stay which we had not after several exchange of opinions we were charged 98 euros for 1 night stay Since returning home contacted the company we booked with confirmed we did not double book since then the hotel refused to refund my o8 euros And as for our stay breakfast very poor.rooms not cleaned on a daily basis unless you pay extra. Chairs in the room very uncomfortable. All in all my worst experience ever in anywhere in Europe

À FUIRE Appartement très sale des tâches de sang sur les murs et portes une douche avec moisi, Une terrasse qu'on paye pour pouvoir en profiter mais qui est inaccessible car pleine d'eau et de mousse. Bref je vous laisse les photos pour que vous appréciez mieux le manque de confort de ce lieu. Je vois que les avis négatifs précédents n'ont changé en rien sur la propreté, car comme le dit Mr le directeur, il en parle à ses équipes qui au moins depuis 2 mois n'ont pas changé leur façon de nettoyer. Donc ces belles paroles ne sont que des paroles en l'air car vue le nombre d'avis négatifs sur le nettoyage on n'aurait pas dû vivre cette saleté...... Au lieu de dire il ferait mieux de faire pour satisfaire les clients... Je répète À FUIRE

Posizionato male rispetto al centro di Tours ma comodo per uscita autostradale e tattico per visita dei Castelli. Ha di fronte un centro commerciale utile, sia per fare colazione (essendo quella offerta a 12€/Adulti e 6€ bimbi, molto povera) sia per avere una nota di colore che manca davvero a questa struttura. Ha parking a 6€/notte. Ampi i 2 bagni anche per disabili e senza piatto doccia, acqua va dappertutto, tanto che le porte hanno la base sbriciolata. Molto essenziale, due camere ampie e comode come i letti, pulita bene, anche terrazzo. Prezzo onesto, ma senza aria condizionata, tuttavia stanze dotate di tre ventilatori. Comunque non ci tornerei,mi ha messo tristezza e quartiere lo eviterei la sera. Per il resto tutti gentili.

Bien desservi par le tramway, à proximité de la faculté de tours, d’un centre commercial et plusieurs commodités. Accès rapide à la gare de tours par le tram. Chambre spacieuse et propre Personnel accueillant et chaleureux Petit déjeuner copieux Parking payant à disposition

Appart'city nuovo e ben tenuto Personale gentile e disponibile alle richieste dei viaggiatori. 2 camere da letto due bagni. L'unica pecca è la mancanza del condizionatore....oltre al bidet😂 Punto strategico per visitare i Castelli della Loira. Davanti c'è un centro commerciale con ristoranti e negozi e la fermata della metro,funziona fino alle 22. È situato nel quartiere universitario di Tours.

Considerato il prezzo pagato per le 3 notti, direi che non vale i soldi spesi. Camere sporche, piene di polvere. Doccia decisamente non pulita bene. Nel letto palesi residui di polvere, nelle lenzuola che dovrebbero essere pulite. Tenda sporchissima e piena di polvere, il fuori della finestra non credo sia stato pulito negli ultimi 10 mesi come minimo. Colazione nella norma, nulla di speciale ma con abbastanza scelta. Per avere 3 stelle direi che bisognerebbe rivedere l'assegnazione di quest'ultime. Avrebbe del buon potenziale essendo dei monolocali, la posizione è comoda se si lavora all'università di Tours ed è comunque ben collegato al centro città. Nonostante ciò, la scarsissima pulizia mi fa davvero ricredere sui soldi spesi.

Comment dire UNE HONTE, non PMR du tout. Accueil PMR n'y est pas, la douche n'avait pas de chaise, j'ai du demander à l'accueil une chaise de douche je m'attendais a trouvé quelque chose de PMR... ( voir les photos) c'est une chaise de jardin qu'on m'a donné. Puis le fauteuil passe juste dans la cuisine. Impossible d'aller au toilette seule pour la personne en handicap.( Voir photo) . Attention personne ne peut louer un appartement handicapé. DANGER le sèche serviette juste en face du pommeau de douche... Enfin bref plus le bruit, la chaleur étouffante, les vitres sales, les murs. Heureusement qu'on est resté une nuit. Beaucoup trop cher 145€ pour une nuit.

L'appart city est un peu excentré mais il est très bien. Pas de souci quand on est véhiculé. Personnel accueillant. Chambre propre. Petit déjeuner bien Nous avons trouvé que c'était un bon rapport qualité prix
