Upon arrival the tone is set: black drips on the walls of all the houses Bedding without box springs with uncomfortable mattresses. Dirty toilet bowl (see photo). Toaster that trips the electric meter. Slow WIFI. Incompetent and poorly motivated staff: reception is supposed to be open until 7 p.m. but at 6:50 p.m. the doors are closed. Last evening: noise from 11 p.m. to midnight because foreign trucks loaded with rally cars were trying to park in the small streets....

Strong point is responsiveness for all malfunction problems. Everything is done to make your stay pleasant. The only downside is the dilapidation of the accommodation. The shade of the terrace should also be reviewed.

A great stay, a smiling team, the region is very pretty, the residence is nice and we were able to enjoy the swimming pools, the accommodation was very good for 5 with all the necessary comfort, the residence is easy to access

We were well received by the manager, the teams on site were super friendly. the little houses are clean and also the swimming pool, the children had a blast. we will come back with pleasure and I will recommend it to my relatives and friends. thank you very much

Already 2 years ago there was an external leak, we had to be rehoused. But it's worse, very dirty apartment, broken wardrobe door, the oven didn't work. Lots of noise, very poorly insulated. The only positive point is the staff.

Extremely disappointed, worst vacation I could offer my children. First of all let's talk about the rude staff. We have a woman I heard called Vanessa: a woman with a bad interpersonal trait, especially since her appearance totally detached from the business is a big lack of professionalism and attraction for customers . It conveys an image lacking in hygiene which is similar to this company. I told her about the dirt in the accommodation, she looked at me with cod eyes as if she didn't know what she was doing there. Followed by a broken promise, because supposedly someone was going to clean up. If only she was the only confusing woman in this company I would be delighted. Bad luck, another one is added to the list (I'm not sure if it's a woman given her physique which is more like that of a very macho man). This one takes care of the gardening, “she” obviously shouldn’t given the state of the garden. It’s not because she looks like a man that she does physical work as well as they do. She should rather help her colleagues with the housework since they need it. Judging by her appearance and her tight-fitting shorts, you'd think you were on a sidewalk. Fortunately, Manon comes to add a little color to this gray environment. A woman with such a resplendent smile should be more highlighted. I'm not going to continue talking about hygiene otherwise I'll have to write a book (hair in the shower, stained sheets and curtains, bathroom floors and dishes...) As a mother I'm still going to give you my advice: I think that this team needs dynamic young people rather than tired thirty-somethings who only bring bad mood which is felt. Obviously, I'm not the only one disappointed with this stay, I hope it goes well because no one deserves to experience this. Bad evening. An angry mother.
