I made a reservation on Booking last November 2021 for a one night stay on January 15, 2022. Then, on January 9, 2022, I received an email from Booking saying that there was an issue and to contact the hotel. I called the hotel immediatelly and spoke with Diego who told me he did not know what was going on, but would hold off a room for us until the manager arrives on the next day. Well, the next day I called the hotel and spoke with Maria Fernanda, who introduced herself as the hotel manager, and told me that there was an error on the reservation and that I would have to do another one again, but with today's rates which were almost triple than what I had reserved initially. I asked how that could be since it was not my fault that her reservation system had an error and pretty much she called me a liar by saying that I had received an email much earlier about that and did not respond. If I had received any emails from them or Booking I would have contacted them immediately since I was interested in staying there for one night. Which of course is not the case anymore. Because if they are treating future guests like that, then imagined how they treat them in person. I definetely DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to stay there. There are many others hotels in the area with great customer service. I wanted to try Pousada dos Ponteiros, but regret immensily to had tried to give it a shot. I will continue to book with Pousada (hotel) Mi Secreto in the future. They provide an outstanding customer service! Reservei essa pousada em novembro de 2021, no Booking, para uma estada de uma noite no dia 15 de janeiro de 2022, e recebi um email do Booking no dia 9 de janeiro de 2022, dizendo ter um problema com a reserva e para entrar em contato com a pousada. Liguei imediatamente e falei com o Diego, que disse que iria bloquear o quarto que havíamos reservado e que ligássemos no dia seguinte para falar com a gerente. Liguei no dia seguinte e falei com a Maria Fernanda, que se apresentou como gerente, e praticamente ela me chamou de mentirosa na minha cara. Disse que eu já deveria ter recebido um outro e-mail do Booking e que não havia respondido e que se quisesse eu teria que reservar outro quarto nos preços de hoje. Ora, eu reservei em Novembro de 2021, e queria que eu fizesse uma reserva que agora iria me custar praticamente o triplo?? Tamanha deselegância e descaso da parte dessa pousada que obviamente não prezam o cliente, pois se eles tiveram algum problema com o sistema de reservas deles, no mínimo era para se desculpar e nos oferecer o mesmo quarto que havíamos reservado pelo mesmo preço, nada de mais ou menos. Bem, obviamente depois dessa só me resta a alertar a todos os meus amigos e conhecidos, que não reservem nada com eles, pois se fizeram isso com um futuro hóspede pelo telefone, imaginem o que não fazem pessoalmente. NÃO RECOMENDO! Existem outras maravilhosas pousadas, incluve uma que já fiquei (ver postagem passadas) várias vezes, Mi Secreto
