Very nice establishment. Very comfortable room. Dinner taken on site of excellent quality. We enjoyed ourselves. On the other hand, 30€ to enjoy the swimming pool is really excessive.

This is our second stay at the hotel. The staff is obviously picked for their professional aptitudes and friendliness. Also, we were greeted by the same employees we met the year before which is extremely rare in this industry known for its high turnover. We travel a lot, this is our top favorite. The rooms are beautiful, always perfectly clean, beds extremely comfortable, the restaurant is one of the finest dining in the area, the spa is fabulous and the treatments are wonderful. Do eat at the Cloître, do use the thermal facilities, do use the spa treatments and absolutely do experience the wine testing in the beautiful “Caveau”. You want to experience France? You want to experience Burgundy? Stay there and do not hesitate to ask the knowledgeable staff for further Burgundy experiences. This is a true 4 stars hotel!

Bad by all means except the night sleep quality. Breakfast is mediocre, with old capsule coffee machine which produces low quality coffee. Food choice is poor: just omelette and fried bacon with a couple of doughnuts, very poor smoked salmon cuts. The staff in the reception is rude and perfectly represents the image of France well depicted in the book "One year in the Merde". The staff manager Leyla can stand in front of you and argue with a serious expression in her face that there's a normal thing to have a large family-size table vacated during breakfast because it's prepared for the afternoon meeting with wine. In any hotel in the normal world, it would certainly be her last day as a manager. The hotel is always half empty during the low season, with ready rooms. However, you could be asked to wait a couple of hours just because you came earlier than they anticipated you would. Hotel staff anticipation of how the things should be run is the measure here. Avoid at all costs unless you are not going to have breakfast, use any service by the hotel and will simply stopover.

The hotel exceeded our expectations - very stylish, luxurious and well appointed rooms and common areas, very good value for money. Free car park and very reasonably priced electric car charging an extra bonus. We will definitely return in the future.

This hotel is so beautiful, modern and maintained impeccably. I was shocked how nice it was because we took a last minute detour and they had one room left. The employees, specifically Manon were so kind and helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. Make reservations early for meals because this is a small town with limited restaurants.

The hotel is wonderful. We booked the suite with terrace, absolutely perfect. Very elegant French, Burgundy old Bourgeoisie style decor with all the modern amenities. Most of the employees speak English and a few multiple foreign languages. The “regular” rooms are as elegant and comfortable. The staff is very classy yet very friendly, they will do their best to accommodate you. We asked if we could have a sun umbrella for our terrace, they had it all set up in no time and with a smile. The hotel restaurant, “Le Cloître “ is fabulous, gourmet, a must! The spa is one of the prettiest and most enjoyable ones we have encountered. The pool is a bliss, surrounded by large bay windows, the sensory shower delightful. The spa services are excellent also. To thoroughly enjoy your experience at “Les Sept Fontaines” you must do the wine tasting, this is the best place to discover amazing Burgundy wines. We travel a lot, the “Sept Fontaines” is on top of our list. I am French, we regularly stay at lovely hotels when we visit family and friends in France, this is the best quality hotel, through and through.

Our third visit here and there’s a reason why we keep coming back ! It’s a good hotel with a nice restaurant that serves great food . Our lack of the ability to speak French is awkward as only reception speak English well , but that’s our fault . We had a lovely dinner my monkfish curry was truely the best I have had ( and I do like to pick monkfish curry if it’s on offer ) my husbands beef Rossini was also beautiful to eat . Would we visit again ? Yes absolutely ( but I do want to have some French speaking lessons if possible before )
