Room was very basic and inside it got even more hot than outside, no airco. So very bad night rest. The staff looked really nice at first instance up until the moment that something does not fully go according to their plan; we booked a restaurant nearby but they had not enough child chairs, the hotel borrowed us a plastic IKEA chair which was really nice. Upon returning we unfortunately lost one leg of the chair which we felt really bad about. We wanted to reimburse 4x the new price of the chair being 50 euros for the discomfort (new price 12 euros, plastic IKEA chair). They however forced us to pay 100 euros or otherwise would call the police, unbelievable! Also at breakfast, our twins did not eat well and we wanted to take two mini croissants for en-route. They then publicly humiliated us by loudly saying several times that breakfast was not meant for picnic. In all my many years of traveling for business and private I have never experienced such rudeness. What is the cost of two mini croissants? And we had to pay 2x 10 euros for the kids their breakfast (two mini croissants). We will never go back to this hotel even though the pool was nice. although with quite some bees. The town is however great.

Amazing hotel to discover the Lot Department. Locations is great, close to every major attraction, and great restaurants nearby. It is a family owned hotel, excellently managed by Aurelie. Cleanliness at top level. She is always there to support and to give tips about the area. Kids loved the pool, and cycling, kayaking and trekking are one step away!

I recently stayed at this lovely property as part of the support team for group of cyclists from Ireland as the completed the last 6 stages of last years TDF. We found the staff in particular the receptionist who to my onowledge may also have been the owner very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, the rooms are very comfortable and impeccably clean, and breakfast was excellent. The staff have very kinly agreed to organise the return to Ireland of one of the cyclists bags which was inadvertently left behind, so we are very grateful to them for agreeing to do so. Un endroit où l’on arrive et que l’on ne veut plus quitter !!! Un accueil chaleureux, toute l’équipe est aux petits soins. Des petits déjeuners complets et préparés avec cœur. Un endroit qui aspire à la quiétude avec cette vue magnifique depuis la piscine sur les falaises.

Le grand intérêt de cet hôtel réside dans la vue des chambres. Piscine agréable. Accueil plutôt sympathique. Les chambres ne donnent qu'une seule envie: en sortir ! Décoration spartiate, confort basique, chambre minuscule, volet à lamelles inopportun dans la chambre cachant on ne sait quoi, salle d'eau minuscule sans aucun confort. Petit déjeuner minable qu'il faut en plus réserver la veille ! Parking poussiéreux. Bien trop cher pour le niveau de prestation.

Personnel bienveillant et très accueillant. Une magnifique vue de la piscine à température optimale pour l’été. Lit super confortable avec le petit détail qui fait la différence, c’est à dire une ambiance glamour entre deux magnifiques flamands roses faits à partir de serviettes. Loin d’être déçue de mon séjour, À recommander.
