The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean accommodation and facilities in the room, very comfortable, and within walikng distance of the centre, local shops and restaurants nearby. easy to get the bus if you don't want to walk, and airport bus stops are near too. As in other reviews, you do have to take your own rubbish out but it's a designated room on the groundfloor... no going outside! If I return to Toulouse I would happily stay here!!

The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport by tram. It requires a bit of walking from the hotel to city center or you can take the tram and then walk for 10 minutes or so to most tourist attractions. The room is small but well designed. Most of the staff I met are very friendly. I spent 3 nights in this hotel and I would stay here again if I am to visit Toulouse in the near future!

The hotel is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is functional, there is choice, nothing is missing,the staff but the full until the customers are present and a sugar salt range is available.If I have to return to Toulouse, that is that I would reserve, The staff's welcome smile and care for property and service.🥰

Personnel à l'accueil très gentille avec de petits attentions au lever - petit-déjeuner sympa avec viennoiseries et pain frais - chambre pas trop grande mais suffisante - petit bémol pour la baignoire/douche avec un accès un peu difficile (pas trop large et haut) - parking gratuit avec de la place. On nous a permis de laisser la voiture au parking le temps d'aller à la Cité de l'Espace qui est juste à côté 5 minutes. Petit rappel : la personne de l'accueil cherche à faire plaisir aux clients et à la parole facile.

On the edge of the city, surrounded by empty space, hotel facilities are average, parking is free, service is good, a deposit of 100 euros is collected, but it has not been returned to the original account for a week. When asked, the hotel said it was due to the bank. I don't know if it is true. Let's wait and see.

Hygienic: Good sanitary conditions, clean and tidy. The toilet is separated from wet and dry. Very good accommodation experience, much more spacious than the hotel in the center of Paris.

Jjuusor2020The room and facilities are all of a very high standard with plenty of room to make oneself comfortable. The Fitness centre was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was very good though more hot options during the winter months would be nice. The staff were all smart, polite and pleasant to deal with. Opposite the railway station and metro gives quick access to the city and beyond whilst, for the fit, it is a short walk to the centre. The lights in the fitness centre are on a sensor/timer. This was a cause for concern when the lights went off in the sauna as there was no movement outside. I mentioned this to the reception at the time.

HHONGYIThe apartment is superb and can be checked in early, the front desk is super friendly. The access control is very safe. The high floor view is good for sunsets and sunrises. The apartment is clean and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. Convenient transportation, diagonally opposite the Asian restaurant street. The only downside is that the breakfast is small and the price is not high.

GGuest UserHotel is very conveniently located between the train station and the town centre, allowing easy access to both. The breakfast was lovely with fresh breakfast pastries, fresh fruit, several hot items, home-made jams, and much more. Fresh coffee and still or carbonated water was available all day. Every one of the staff were extremely helpful, Rooms were very small but very clean and modern, but there was a lovely reception area where we could gather to chat, read or have a drink from the self-serve reasonably-price bar.

It is understandable to keep everything simple during the epidemic, but the front desk said that they needed something to be delivered to the room by phone, but they called and said they had to go downstairs to get it.

PPleromaa👍🏻 First time in the hotel apartment, the studio is large with 1 kitchen stay and one room. The kitchen is super-equipped and you can do everything: from coffee to eggs to dishes.
👍🏽 Heating and air conditioning included. Stillness of the rooms. The hotel is well served by buses and metro to go to the city centre, and around there are shops, cake shops, supermarkets, kebabs or bars.
👎 There was a very bad litter and the covers were full of old customers' hair.

CCHIHSHENGThe location is moderate, a short walk from the city center or the river bank, next to the university, and a playground. The pool looks great, but right next to the breakfast restaurant and there is an open-air bar in the evening, where swimming is a bit awkward. There is a great park outside the pool, and getting up early in the morning is great.

The staff is very professionnal, the kind of personal we only find in a 5 stars hotel. Excellent advice for visiting the town. I started with a city tour wirh th lillte train! I love the decoration of the hotel. The bar. The room is very nice with confortable mastress. Fridge with juices, soft drinks, water.), Coffee, à safe. Nice bathroom.

Smiling, hot, preventive, listening, available staff; comfortable, clean, personalized room with air conditioning, all white corridor and lobby, wooden frames suspension decor, All this gives warm and a certain charm to the hotel, rooms with view or access to the patio, very comfortable bedrooms, additional cousins, cleanliness, quiet hotel, continental breakfast with good invoice; small bemol: room service not always top: 1 single wallpaper in a double room, no gobelet, all this claimed at the reception, that the room is not completely made every day doesn't bother us, but forced to ask to toilet paper on 4 e days, In the heart of the city, the hotel is very comfortable and very well located.
