Mercure Hotels in Toulouse

It’s very well located with good offers. We had a nice double room however the pillows weren’t the best at all. The bed itself I thought was very comfortable. I loved the shower. I didn’t like that they want to hold funds on your card in case you get breakfast or something else.

Attended a meeting there for a few days with a large group of international guests and was amazed by the hotel! Fabulous decor, room was spacious and clean! Breakfast was really nice and very healthy, was really pleased, we also had lunch with the group the there and the food was exquisite, varied and fabulous,. The location was perfect there is a metro and a bus outside the hotel which brings you straight to the airport and drops you from the airport there too! but the best was the staff, at the hotel from the receptionist to waiters and chamber maid everyone was helpful, welcoming, professional and a pleasure to deal with! Would seriously recommend!

We stayed three nights there and generally, it was OK. Location is perfect. It’s in few minutes on foot from central square, there are lots of restaurants and shops around. Rooms are basic and not big but comfy enough. Bed and pillows are comfortable as well. There are tea pot and coffee machine. Bathroom is ok just there are only shower gel and shampoo included. Soundproofing isn’t good enough. So, it might be a problem. Buffet breakfast is really good and breakfast hall is big, so you don’t have to wait for the table. The choice of dishes is varied including cheese, fruits and bakery. To sum up, price is fair for conditions offered. We can recommend it to stay.

We had appointments at the Oncopole in Toulouse and booked at the Mecure Toulouse Sud. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Oncolpole. We arrived late morning much too early to check in but were offered a coffee in the lounge. After our appt we came back and our room was available an hour before official check-in. The lobby, lounge and breakfast area are immaculate. We reserved a room that had bathrobes, slippers and a Nepresso machine. The room was well appointed, a large shower and plenty of counter space. There is a bar and breakfast area but no restaurant, so if you don’t have a car you’ll need to take a taxi to eat on the weekend. There is a restaurant right next door but it’s closed Friday night, and all of Saturday and Sunday. The buffet breakfast was quite good with a selection of meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit and various bread & pastries. There are coffee machines and a lovely selection of bespoke teas with teapots. There is a selection of mini meals available for lunch or dinner if you’d rather not leave the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make you feel special from Wafa who assisted with breakfast to the gal at the front desk who offered us water for our drive home. The hotel is also located a 3 minute walk from the téléphérique a cable car that links to Rangueil Hospital and Paul Sabatier university campus. There is very good bus service available right outside the hotel grounds. Although a bit away from the center of Toulouse it is definitely a very good choice for being south of the city.
