The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean accommodation and facilities in the room, very comfortable, and within walikng distance of the centre, local shops and restaurants nearby. easy to get the bus if you don't want to walk, and airport bus stops are near too. As in other reviews, you do have to take your own rubbish out but it's a designated room on the groundfloor... no going outside! If I return to Toulouse I would happily stay here!!

The hotel is very nice and the staff was welcoming. Please do not book this hotel if you have no car as it is quite far from everything and the hotel restaurant is not always open. It was more on the pricy side (restaurant) but the food was quite decent, especially for breakfast.

Yes, I had a good idea what to expect when I booked, so I can't say I was surprised at what was offered, but I was still left feeling disappointed. Let's start with the positives. The hotel staff were friendly, although not particularly enthousiastic, and my room was clean, as was the shower and the bedding. Unfortunately, that's about it. Things almost started badly in finding the hotel, as it is cunningly concealed behind trees, and if coming from the peripherique, there is no signage. The decor throughout is awful, and I didn't like walking past piled up bags of (presumably) dirty linen in the hallway. The room itself was very small, with an ensuite shower/WC, and there was little or no room to move around the bed (the only furniture in the room). There is no wardrobe space so, as I was staying to two nights, I had to put my clothing on the bed - not ideal. The shower was OK, but there is no room to dry oneself (assuming you've remembered to bring a towel). I had to sleep with the GF window open as the AC unit was too noisy, so was frequently woken by noisy guests outside. The bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and, if you want coffee, be prepared to get up to ask the staff member to use their pass each time you want a cup. Finally, I didn't think my hotel room was cheap and at the end of the day, not value for money. Sorry, F1, but I won't be coming back.

Hygienic: Good sanitary conditions, clean and tidy. The toilet is separated from wet and dry. Very good accommodation experience, much more spacious than the hotel in the center of Paris.

Jjuusor2020The room and facilities are all of a very high standard with plenty of room to make oneself comfortable. The Fitness centre was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was very good though more hot options during the winter months would be nice. The staff were all smart, polite and pleasant to deal with. Opposite the railway station and metro gives quick access to the city and beyond whilst, for the fit, it is a short walk to the centre. The lights in the fitness centre are on a sensor/timer. This was a cause for concern when the lights went off in the sauna as there was no movement outside. I mentioned this to the reception at the time.

GGuest UserI thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant!
The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!

HHONGYIThe apartment is superb and can be checked in early, the front desk is super friendly. The access control is very safe. The high floor view is good for sunsets and sunrises. The apartment is clean and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. Convenient transportation, diagonally opposite the Asian restaurant street. The only downside is that the breakfast is small and the price is not high.

GGuest UserHotel is very conveniently located between the train station and the town centre, allowing easy access to both. The breakfast was lovely with fresh breakfast pastries, fresh fruit, several hot items, home-made jams, and much more. Fresh coffee and still or carbonated water was available all day. Every one of the staff were extremely helpful, Rooms were very small but very clean and modern, but there was a lovely reception area where we could gather to chat, read or have a drink from the self-serve reasonably-price bar.

PPleromaa👍🏻 First time in the hotel apartment, the studio is large with 1 kitchen stay and one room. The kitchen is super-equipped and you can do everything: from coffee to eggs to dishes.
👍🏽 Heating and air conditioning included. Stillness of the rooms. The hotel is well served by buses and metro to go to the city centre, and around there are shops, cake shops, supermarkets, kebabs or bars.
👎 There was a very bad litter and the covers were full of old customers' hair.

CCHIHSHENGThe location is moderate, a short walk from the city center or the river bank, next to the university, and a playground. The pool looks great, but right next to the breakfast restaurant and there is an open-air bar in the evening, where swimming is a bit awkward. There is a great park outside the pool, and getting up early in the morning is great.

Some of the experience was just ok (barely adequate A/C, small pillows…) but what really impressed me was the sound proofing of the windows. I was on floor 2 just above restaurants & bars and couldn’t hear a sound from outside even when activity outside was at its peak. By contrast, my colleague stayed at the Citiz just up the street and was similarly situated above the bars & restaurants. He reported party noise all night long (til 5am!) that went right through his (closed) window and kept him up all night. Otherwise: great breakfast. Interior sound proofing wasn’t great but trust me, it’s those thick double windows that matter most. Great location. Friendly staff. Good shower but only one soap/shampoo combined product.

Smiling, hot, preventive, listening, available staff; comfortable, clean, personalized room with air conditioning, all white corridor and lobby, wooden frames suspension decor, All this gives warm and a certain charm to the hotel, rooms with view or access to the patio, very comfortable bedrooms, additional cousins, cleanliness, quiet hotel, continental breakfast with good invoice; small bemol: room service not always top: 1 single wallpaper in a double room, no gobelet, all this claimed at the reception, that the room is not completely made every day doesn't bother us, but forced to ask to toilet paper on 4 e days, In the heart of the city, the hotel is very comfortable and very well located.
