The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

The room and facilities are all of a very high standard with plenty of room to make oneself comfortable. The Fitness centre was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was very good though more hot options during the winter months would be nice. The staff were all smart, polite and pleasant to deal with. Opposite the railway station and metro gives quick access to the city and beyond whilst, for the fit, it is a short walk to the centre. The lights in the fitness centre are on a sensor/timer. This was a cause for concern when the lights went off in the sauna as there was no movement outside. I mentioned this to the reception at the time.

Located right in the center of everything. Great access to activities and sights. Could not ask for a better location. Great Staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Terrific breakfast. Great selection and superb quality. I wish I could eat there every day! Decent room. I would stay here again, except for one thing. My only complaint was the Air Conditioning was turned off for the season, which meant a hot room with poor sleep. And poor sleep is not a desirable feature in a hotel room! While the windows did open, being in a room on Floor 1 along rue Romiguières means keeping the window open isn't a real option, as the constant roar of scooters (which is completely absorbed when the windows are closed) prevented that. SO I would stay there again but would call first to see if they have the AC turned off. If it is, I will stay elsewhere.

On the edge of the city, surrounded by empty space, hotel facilities are average, parking is free, service is good, a deposit of 100 euros is collected, but it has not been returned to the original account for a week. When asked, the hotel said it was due to the bank. I don't know if it is true. Let's wait and see.

The restaurant staff was really nice, we were very well served. The salad was very good even if the falafels were not so like falafels and were a little fat. The dessert was very good. We will certainly return to it.

GGuest UserFacilities: new, youthful style, with its own restaurant, multi-function hall, gym and entertainment facilities, suitable for business travel and family travel.
Hygienic: Good sanitary conditions, clean and tidy. The toilet is separated from wet and dry. Very good accommodation experience, much more spacious than the hotel in the center of Paris.

GGuest UserAs the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

HHONGYIThe apartment is superb and can be checked in early, the front desk is super friendly. The access control is very safe. The high floor view is good for sunsets and sunrises. The apartment is clean and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. Convenient transportation, diagonally opposite the Asian restaurant street. The only downside is that the breakfast is small and the price is not high.

GGuest UserHotel is very conveniently located between the train station and the town centre, allowing easy access to both. The breakfast was lovely with fresh breakfast pastries, fresh fruit, several hot items, home-made jams, and much more. Fresh coffee and still or carbonated water was available all day. Every one of the staff were extremely helpful, Rooms were very small but very clean and modern, but there was a lovely reception area where we could gather to chat, read or have a drink from the self-serve reasonably-price bar.

It requires a bit of walking from the hotel to city center or you can take the tram and then walk for 10 minutes or so to most tourist attractions. The room is small but well designed. Most of the staff I met are very friendly. I spent 3 nights in this hotel and I would stay here again if I am to visit Toulouse in the near future!

GGuest UserDon’t Bother! My husband and I booked one night here, thankfully, and the hotel check in guy was so horrible. We walked in and he said we owed for 3 nights before he would check us in. We had originally booked for 2 nights but we had cancelled one. He insisted we owed and would not back down. He was exceedingly rude. My husband went back to the car and found the cancellation so he said we owed for 2 nights one with hotels.com which we use and another from Expedia which we NEVER use. We argued and he finally looked at his watch and said, “Well you are lucky, it’s before 3:00pm so you can cancel. We were mortified at his rudeness and said we thought he owed us an apology which he flat out refused. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but when we got to the very cramped room the carpet was filthy. Disgustingly filthy! We only took off our shoes in the bathroom to shower. The next day the same ride young man was there again and still very unpleasant. We asked for the manager to make our feelings known. He went in and talked to her. We don’t know what he said to her but her attitude was cold as ice. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is good, and a mask was given when checking in! The room is a bit small! Replace the cups with disposable items. It is understandable to keep everything simple during the epidemic, but the front desk said that they needed something to be delivered to the room by phone, but they called and said they had to go downstairs to get it.

CCHIHSHENGThe location is moderate, a short walk from the city center or the river bank, next to the university, and a playground. The pool looks great, but right next to the breakfast restaurant and there is an open-air bar in the evening, where swimming is a bit awkward. There is a great park outside the pool, and getting up early in the morning is great.

Very nice establishment, excellent location just between rhe place Wilson, Place Saint Georges. Fine minutes walk to the place of Capitole. The staff is very professionnal, the kind of personal we only find in a 5 stars hotel. Excellent advice for visiting the town. I started with a city tour wirh th lillte train! I love the decoration of the hotel. The bar. The room is very nice with confortable mastress. Fridge with juices, soft drinks, water.), Coffee, à safe. Nice bathroom.

Smiling, hot, preventive, listening, available staff; comfortable, clean, personalized room with air conditioning, all white corridor and lobby, wooden frames suspension decor, All this gives warm and a certain charm to the hotel, rooms with view or access to the patio, very comfortable bedrooms, additional cousins, cleanliness, quiet hotel, continental breakfast with good invoice; small bemol: room service not always top: 1 single wallpaper in a double room, no gobelet, all this claimed at the reception, that the room is not completely made every day doesn't bother us, but forced to ask to toilet paper on 4 e days, In the heart of the city, the hotel is very comfortable and very well located.
