Stayed for a few days on a business trip. The room was clean and cleaned every day. The window sound insulation is very good. Linhe, the scenery outside the window is also very good. The breakfast was full and the waiter was very nice. A little suggestion, I can stand in the bathtub shower, the bathtub is a bit slippery, not very safe.

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!
