Nothing to complain about, it's true that the accommodation is too small compared to the photos, but generally it's clean, the welcome is friendly, especially the ladies in the kitchen who prepare breakfast and who are very helpful. I'll be back 😉

From 2008 to the present, this is about the tenth time to travel to Toulouse, the time has been transferred, this time has been changed to a new unit, the hotel is near the unit. If you have a car, there was a shopping area with supermarkets and McDo within walking distance from the main road, which was very convenient and good place. The room had a bathtub, the bathroom and the bed were clean and comfortable.

GGuest UserSeveral incidents occurred, firstly a bath problem that leaves the water, so impossible to take a bath, then cold water. ( I made a person intervene, she told me that it actually might be because of the previous reservation that used all the hot water).
The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. The worst is that the person told me ”I tried to connect to you on the room that it doesn't work”, eh ... I have a mobile phone + email address in case ... short.
I'm transferred from the room, very well. Shower that works with hot water, but room not at the height of the previous. So the next day I ask to return to the previous. I'm told that it is not possible because of the household. I understand, but good .... didn't give my room number and give a room with the minimum benefits I paid ( have hot water). It was very disappointed to know that I had already come and I loved the hotel.

GGuest UserWas up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

GGuest UserThe front desk brother actually speaks Chinese, it is a surprise, it is also very handsome, hee hee. The room is also wrong, the park environment is also good. There are not many people around, there is a lidl to go shopping, but it takes 20 minutes to walk.
