Smiling, hot, preventive, listening, available staff; comfortable, clean, personalized room with air conditioning, all white corridor and lobby, wooden frames suspension decor, All this gives warm and a certain charm to the hotel, rooms with view or access to the patio, very comfortable bedrooms, additional cousins, cleanliness, quiet hotel, continental breakfast with good invoice; small bemol: room service not always top: 1 single wallpaper in a double room, no gobelet, all this claimed at the reception, that the room is not completely made every day doesn't bother us, but forced to ask to toilet paper on 4 e days, In the heart of the city, the hotel is very comfortable and very well located.

Very good hotel, fantastic location, a few minutes from the central destinations of Tolosa. 2 minutes from the bus from the airport (cost 9 euro) and 1 minute on the same walking distance, The hotel is located at the metro stop Jeanne D'Arc and not even 10 minutes from the train station. On the other side of the road there is the market and everything is reachable walking, I never took public means. The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable, the room was spacious with shower, clean and beautiful views. I didn't enjoy breakfast. I advised this hotel and I would return.

Seul bémol pour le restaurant partenaire où le dîner est convenable si le séjour ne dépasse pas 3 nuits car le menu du jour propose à nouveau les alors mêmes choix, Là aussi le personnel est prévenant et attentif et la sécurité COVID en oeuvre,

Ample free parking behind the building, already a good start for a city hotel.We had one of the larger rooms, which had a large double bed, ,and a large seating area with settee ( convertible ? ). The room was perfectly clean and although basic had everything needed.The bedding was fine, and the bed comfortable. Plenty of shelf space around the basin, but nothing in the shower itself. The reception is staffed until midnight, with a phone number if needed out of hours. Staff were friendly and courteous. We didn't take breakfast, so no review. Would happily stay there again.

Good location and convenient transportation. Near the train station. You can walk on foot. So it is easy to find. The hotel is fully equipped and the beds are clean and the towels are very clean. The general accommodation is very satisfactory.

Being a 'Budget Hotel' you don't expect all the frills but we asked for a nearby place to eat. We were told that the Hôtel Restaurant Campanile, (around the corner) were happy to take walk-in guests. We booked a table but were not advised that it was available until nearly an hour after arriving. Our meals were ordered and we were still waiting for 90 minutes before walking out. When we returned to the Ibis we ordered Pizzas from the terminal in the lobby but they still hadn't arrived 40 minutes after the time given. That's when Feranda stepped it, she was a diamond. She promptly phoned the delivery company and told them the situation and was probably the most helpful receptionist I have ever encountered. Score: Ibis +1 Campanile -1
