So, knowing that in general I am satisfied with my stay and that I recommend the structure, I even have to sign positive and negative points.
- the structure is clean and also the rooms except for the kitchen (it was dirty in the cutlery tray)
- the breakfast is not bad but in terms of "salty" there was not much
- the staff was nice and available but they did not give any information on their initiative (for example asking if we wanted a card, if we needed something for the room like a travel cot since they saw me with a baby….NO PROPOSAL!)
This is the biggest negative point… for example nobody tells you that the room will not be cleaned by anyone (despite the flyer placed in the bathroom which explains to put the towels in the shower if you want clean towels… we have it done and at the end of the day we found them still in the shower….big disappoin**ent and anger given the price which corresponds to a hotel price…)
The cost of parking is 8€ per night and breakfast is 12€
The bed is comfortable and the common areas very nice.
Do not forget the free wifi which works very well.
If not the hotel is nice, recent and despite everything I think of going back and I can advise.

Overall new facilities, no cleaning services provided except if paid extra. 30-40 min walk from city center. Discent breakfast buffet on extra charge. Very poor concierge services.

I was on a business trip and wanted a very peaceful sleep. The air conditioning of the room was horrible. The team tried to put me in the different room but what they didn't understand was that I wasn't concerned about the size of the room but the air conditioning.
I had a terrible sleep and made my night in tolouse very difficult.

Would highly recommend this Residhotel. The apar**ent was extremely spacious, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compar**ent, 2 ring hot plate, microwave and plenty of plates, bowls, saucepans, cutlery etc.
The hotel also provides use of a washing machine and tumble dryer for a small extra charge which we found very useful.
The gym is great with decent equipment and air conditioning that works.
There’s a supermarket just behind the hotel which is very handy and the old town is about 25 minutes walk. Parking is €12 per day, it’s secure, spacious and there are plenty of parking spaces.
The hotel is very close to the motorway so easy to reach without having to drive through Toulouse. It’s surrounded by some busy roads so there’s a lot of traffic ( although it’s quiet at night) but this didn’t bother us at all.
If we return to Toulouse we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The gym could do with a little more equipment.
The room was good size and nice. Tv could have chromecast facilities, as for international travels it is hard with just French tv.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were abysmal. The first room we were given was wheelchair accessible, which was inappropriate and suggested a lack of awareness in saving it for clients who needed it (not us). The replacement room we were given was awful. The WC reeked like mildew, which permeated the entire apar**ent, and the table tops in the room hadn't been wiped down (strands of hair were visible here and there). We were so displeased, we booked another room in Toulouse and left. Honestly, the baseline for accommodations is cleanliness, and your hotel failed spectacularly on this. Foul odours in a room, a WC, are totally unacceptable.
