I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who like quiet time in room. Walls are literally made of cardboard so you can hear anything and room doesn’t look like on pics. If I was 18y old student who like to party and looking for budget to stay is ok.

Location was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying.
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .

This is truly an (only) 2 star place. When we saw the room, we walk straight out and went somewhere else. Everything is old and very very basic. There is nothing ‘charming’ to it. It’s simply a ‘you get what you pay for’ place except it’s too expensive for that

The hotel is conveniently located, within easy walking distance of the Capitole and city centre shops. The building has character and the hotel has a traditional atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a room next to the central courtyard, which was very quiet despite the central location. Breakfast was OK - standard continental. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you want anything more fancy. Only downside was that the room was quite basic and in need of modernisation, though probably what you would expect from a 2-star hotel

Cuando se trabaja de cara al público y se comete un error, o no se hace de manera muy acertada se acepta y se piden disculpas, no se entra en descalificaciones personales, ello denota una gran falta de profesionalidad.
