High ceilings. Big bed. Large windows that open to small balcony. Everything is a bit old and crumbling, but good for a 1 night stay near the train station.

Shabby hotel, musty smell, sheets of questionable cleanliness and bathroom carpet, a pleasure. I don't have much to add, the quality of the establishment is consistent with the price. A positive point ? The ****** 24/7 at the end of the street...

Shabby hotel, not at all up to 3 stars. I arrived at the beginning of the afternoon, there was a strong smell of bleach throughout the hall, it caught my attention. I went up to my room after getting the key. I understood...I turned around, having come face to face with cockroaches running happily on the carpet and wall of the hallway. I left the hotel, and of course no possibility of refund. This is unacceptable, they know they have pests in their home. TO FLEE.

Des cafards dans la salle de bains...immonde!!! En plus de ça, moquette miteuse, porte de la chambre que tu passes 10 minutes à essayer de fermer car le loquet est défectueux, une seule prise électrique dans toute la chambre et c'est celle de la lampe donc obligée de débrancher la lampe pour pouvoir charger mon téléphone. J'ai payé 50 euros la nuit pour la passer avec des cafards. Je suis dégoûtée! Je sais qu'on n'est pas dans la gamme haute des hôtels de Toulouse (loin de là) mais le minimum d'hygiène ne devrait pas être une question de standing. J'ai séjourné dans des hôtels/auberges de jeunesse moins étoilés et dont l'hygiène était pourtant irréprochable. A bon entendeur...

Très mauvaise expérience. Ma chambre était littéralement infesté de cafards. J'ai eu le malheur de laisser ma valise ouverte l'après-midi et en revenant dans ma chambre un cafard avait élu domicile à l'intérieur de ma valise !. Et plusieurs cafards dans la salle de bain et sur le mur de la chambre. Mon erreur est de ne pas avoir filmé tellement c'était abusé. Je suis allé le signaler à l'accueil et on m'a informé qu'ils le savaient mais qu'ils ne pouvait rien faire si ce n'est me proposer une autre chambre sans me garantir qu'il n'y aurait pas de cafards. L'argument a été de dire que l'hôtel était devenu hébergement d'urgence. J'ai dû quitter l'hôtel à 1h du matin pour trouver un autre hôtel. Cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas le 3 étoiles.
