I stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality. On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.

This modern hotel is in a great location. Only a ten minute walk from the train station & on the edge of the old town. Light & quiet comfortable room with good size bathroom. Staff friendly & helpful. Inadequate storage for clothes & wifi not secure which it should be in a hotel of this standing.

We arrive at the hotel at 3:40 pm, got the room key, to be surprised, the room was a mess, used towel on the floor, beds were not clean etc, talked to the receptionist, was told we needed to wait 45 minutes

We enjoyed staying at this property. Walking distance to e everything you need. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay again.
