Everything was good, price/quality is very good.
Probably, for the hotel it makes sense to do redecoration, to renew room facilities and to increase the price.

Location is good.  Staff is very friendly.  
Room is pretty small.  Poor sound insulation like you are sleeping in the corridor.

In the heart of Toulouse, the hotel is a good value for the price

The location of the hotel is very good. It is an older hotel. The hotel's breakfast is good, the restaurant is not big, the breakfast has a complete variety, and the dining environment is also commendable.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful.  The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. There was a plentiful choice of fresh food at breakfast which was freshly topped up by the staff. On my next visit to Toulouse, this will be my first choice of hotel for my stay. I highly recommend.

Four night stay...front desk staff were friendly and helpful.  Housekeeping were awful...our room (201) was attended once in the four nights were stayed, had to repeatedly request a clean towel and toilet paper.  Hotel is well placed for city centre.
