Several incidents took place, firstly a problem with the bathtub which let the water go, so it was impossible to take a bath, then cold water. (I had a person intervene, she told me that indeed it might be because of the previous reservation which used all the hot water).
Second and not least.... at the reception, a person gave my room number to a man, without warning me, or even checking his identity card. I find this extremely serious. The worst being, the person told me "I tried to contact you on the room phone, it doesn't work", uh... I have a cell phone + email address just in case... Short.
I was transferred to a room, very good. Shower that works with hot water, but room not up to the previous one. So the next day I ask to return to the previous one. I'm told that no, it's not possible because of housekeeping. Of course I understand, but hey.... I shouldn't have given my room number and given a room with the minimum services for which I paid (having hot water). Very disappointed knowing that I had already been there and that I really liked the hotel. Not sure I'll come back.
