I wasn't able to enter the appart hotel, I had to find another hotel and I lost my money. We arive later in the day, around midnight, and we simply were not able to contact anyone: nor on the entrance gate, nor by phone (multiple phone numbers). I am aware that and email was sent saying that the check in time was from 17h-20h, but I am also aware that there is the possibility to enter independently with a code at the entrance gate, but nothing was sent to us, neither an attempt to contact us was done.
I've been traveling for years, using multiple online platforms and this has never happened to me before.

Un premier contact excellent avec l établissement par téléphone puis un accueil très chaleureux par Mariem. Sans que je n' ai rien demandé, elle propose de rendre le séjour meilleur et avec un naturel qui prouve son habitude de le faire, encore merci à vous. Les lieux communs sont entièrement rénovés et très accueillants, la chambre est refaite au niveau du coin nuit. La piscine est très sympa avec toutes ses fenêtres. Petit déjeuner non testé mais qui avait l air très diversifié. Parking sécurisé pour les voitures, petite astuce faite le tour avec votre voiture et garez vous près de la porte de derrière dès que vous avez son code car devant il y a peu de place disponible.

Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix
Petit truc piscine en travaux pas était mis au courant bien dommage sinon dans l’ensemble rien à dire
