Dans l’ensemble tout c’est bien passé, je déplore juste une certaine vétusté dans la salle de bain ( tache suspecte dans et autour de la baignoire, robinetterie branlante,…) pour le reste tout été bien. Les personnes à l’accueil été tres professionnel et sympathique

Room was ok. Bed comfy. A little warm and at this time of year the AC is not available. So open the window but get street noise. The carpets all over need desperate changing. I don't believe a good shampoo would help. They were actually gross. The safe is out of reach for shorter people. Pretty good location though. Check-in and check-out we're easy. Staff friendly.

We were only here one night, nice reception staff and great location. Although we were on the 3rd floor we could here the noise at street level. Clean bedding and towels although the towels were the oldest and greyest I have seen for a long time. Pillows were awful and therefore we had a poor nights sleep, hence the 2 rating, free soft drinks in the room were a nice touch and for €78 for a central hotel, I just wished I would have paid more and gone elsewhere.

Hotel Ours Blanc - Wilson is located in the center of Toulouse. It was our second stay there because of its central location. The room was clean and the breakfast provided was a typical breakfast- delicious with ample choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly and professional. All of our needs and concerns were taken care of. We definitely would stay there again.

Very well located in the heart of gastronomic and cultural Toulouse. Very friendly and efficient welcome. The rooms are correct without being very spacious. A favorite for the one on the 5th floor with terrace and view of the roofs of Toulouse!

This hotel has lost its luster despite the renovation and 4* is surprising 3* or 2* would be better because the breakfast is in the basement, the rooms are very small, the elevator two people and a small suitcase finally not up to par for the price too bad the exterior is still beautiful and it is so well located.
