The concept is a sexy and smart, high quality room and the reality is tired, tacky with a rubber floor, scratched jacuzzi and when we checked the mattress it was heavily soiled. (Never checked a mattress before, but there was something wrong about the whole place). We decided to leave after 15 minutes of realising how much we were just didn’t want to stay the night there. We did accept the room at first and paid immediately, just being polite really, but soon realised our mistake. The company refunded us the 2nd night almost immediately and then no more communication. Quite how they can charge the room out as one of the most expensive rooms in Toulouse is a joke and it’s position so high up the list of rooms in Toulouse is very suspicious to me.

Une très belle découverte. Appartement magnifique, un très bel apéritif dînatoire et un petit déjeuner copieux. Nous recommandons ce lieux juste exceptionnel. La vue est magnifique. Nous avons pris en option 1h de massage duo, un pure moment de détente. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable dans une ambiance chaleureuse et cosy. Avec mon compagnon, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la jolie décoration et la propreté irréprochable des lieux. Des attentions telles que la mise à disposition de brosses à dents, de dentifrice et de savon pour le corps ont été très appréciées. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, avec des portions généreuses. Un plateau de douceurs sucrées, comprenant des cannelés et des macarons, nous a été offert, ce qui a ajouté une touche gourmande à notre séjour. L’accueil a été génial, le personnel s’est montré très gentil et a offert un service de qualité. En somme, une expérience vraiment parfaite.

Une expérience réellement inédite qui fait pensé au speakeasy qu’on aime bien avec mon copain ! Jusqu’au bout c’est la surprise, on ne sait pas où l’on va (un surprise de mon copain très réussie) et une fois arrivés l’effet wow directement avec une vue de Toulouse magnifique ! Nous sommes restés dans la suite Emeraude et avons eu le droit à un accueil plus que chaleureux avec des hôtesses à notre écoute ! Le couché de soleil juste magnifique (on avait la chance d’avoir les Pyrénées bien dégagés en fond) dans le jacuzzi ! Petit déjeuné très copieux et très bon ! Un expérience à vivre vraiment ! On se retrouve cachés dans notre petit cocon d’amour et ça fait vraiment du bien après une semaine de travail ⭐️

De l'accueil au séjour tout était parfait. Les services proposés correspondent en tous points à ceux annoncés. C'est effectivement une parenthèse de rêve. Mention spéciale à la personne en charge de la réception, professionnelle et aux petits soins.

Accueil au top en bas de la résidence et tres bon accompagnement ,chambre très propre,vue magnifique imprenable sur les toits de Toulouse et équipements de qualité le jacuzzi est très agréable et facile d'utilisation... Bref très bon moment dans la suite Saphir

Très bonne expérience ! La vue était incroyable. Et le personnel était top. Petit déjeuner varié et conséquent, un vrai régal ! Proximité avec les transports en commun bien pratique également. Nous reviendrons volontiers dès que possible !

J ai été dans ce Superbe hôtel en couple il dispose d une vue splendide sur Toulouse . La chambre est décoré avec goût je le recommande pour un moment de détente avec le jaccuzi Le personnel sympathique et efficace . Je recommande vivement cet endroit .
