Hotel is almost impossible to find. We had to leave our car in a public car park and paid 2 Euros to be able to leave the car and find the actual hotel. We were asking local people for direction. Receptionist looks rather bored of life, than welcoming. We only had one card for an apartment for 4 people. So we can only go together? A bit funny. Apartment itself is basic but looks clean. Maybe next time we pay a bit more to get better customer service after a long car journey.

Really nice conditions and reception. The room is very comfortable as well as the rest of the apartment. I really recommend this place and I will return soon. really nice location There are many restaurants near the apartment

The room was nice and comfortable, but there was some issue with the fridge, which was occassionally making a lot of noise (I wasn't using it at all), and it woke me up 4 times during the night. Also, the heating did not work as it should, so I was shivering with cold in the evening while in the room. They said I can get additional cover, but that the heating cannot be fixed, as all the rooms are taken.

I was very surprised, the rooms are very comfortable, with a cooking area. Nice reception with working and relaxing areas inside and also outside. 24/24 open, near the centre ( 10 min walk). Very helpful and professional staff.

They did not return our €100 deposit. For no reason, since we didn't even use any appliance or household items, when they told us that they would pay us from 12:00 p.m., upon completion of the cleaning of the room. Furthermore, the person at the reception barely spoke English, much less Spanish.

New. Clean. WELL PUT . TWO BADOWNS THE SMELL OF THE ROOM AND THE BAD DESIGN OF THE SHOWER. Parking 10 € very good. Quiet. Near downtown . Large room. Toulouse is a pretty city.

Too bad there is no air conditioning and we can't open the windows it was 29 degrees inside the room impossible to sleep I recommend this hotel in the middle of summer to avoid for my part
