Excellent location, just around 3 minutes walk from Nara kotsu totsukawa onsen bus stop. Service and food are excellent, as with my limited Japanese, they can still show me around with the amenities. The place is clean, it’s just that it’s a minshuku, some amenities need to share, like toilet and washing basin. They have very good onsen, really can relief the fatigue end of day. Overall good

Beautiful location along the Kumano Koda trail. Excellent food and beautiful onsen on site. It is isolated (which is part of the charm) so be prepared to walk to town or take the bus if you want go to a market or lunch spot.
