Excellent weekend at this lovely boutique hotel. The sense of calm and peace at the property was perfect for us to relax. The attention provided by the hotel staff is excellent. They went over and above in organising a tour to a town nearby, Huamantla as well as a guided early morning hike. The food at the restaurant is incredible, truly local authentic Mexican food where the attention to detail on every dish makes them visually perfect. No wonder why, the breakfast menu has been nominated for the best breakfast of the world by Prix Villegiature Awards 2022 in France. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated with a Mexican touch. The service, food, spa, staff, grounds and room quality exceeded our expectations for the trip.

Quedamos encantados con el hotel!!! Es una opción imperdible para pasar un fin de semana relajante . El masaje del en pareja del spa es una delicia!! quisieras que nunca se terminara!!! La atención del personal es maravillosa y siempre están al pendiente de ti y de lo que necesites. En nuestro caso Ana estuvo siempre checando que estuviéramos agusto y que no se nos ofreciera algo. Las instalaciones , las habitaciones y el paisaje son hermosos . Sin duda volveremos muy pronto . Simplemente 10 de 10.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, si lo que necesitas es descansar es una excelente opción, la comida deliciosa y la atención de lo mejor. El Spa recomendable y las habitaciones muy lindas. Sin duda regresaremos. Un detalle lindo es que eliges el aroma de tu habitación. Un muy hermoso lugar.

Es un lugar donde la atención del personal es única y súper personalizada. Te explican el origen del lugar, pequeño masaje de bienvenida. Las personas son todas unas profesionales en cada uno de sus roles. Las habitaciones HERMOSAS y también personalizan un aroma en el ambiente y en los jabones y cremas. Están súper limpias. La comida del restaurante RIQUÍSIMA, con ingredientes naturales, hecha en el momento y de gran calidad. Todo está buenísimo!!! La 🍸🍹 también son muy ricos, el Sofisticado súper recomendado. El paisaje es único y te transporta a la magia de un estado lleno de cultura y sorpresas. El SPA también un 10. Sin duda volveremos. **Altamente RECOMENDABLE **

Un espacio para escapar, en pareja. Es un sitio tranquilo, con una comida rica e inesperada, con un buen café. El personal es muy atento, la calidez del trato, lo oportuno sin ser molesto. Solo son 8 habitaciones, la más bonita es "Ensueño" tiene una tina de baño de hidromasaje que el personal del hotel prepara y es algo muy grato. Hay que ir preparado para no salir, solo estar ahí descansando, comiendo maravillosamente y siendo atendido. También hay atención personal en el spa, masajes, temascal, etc. Puede ir solo para retirarse del bullicio, o en pareja para una escapada romántica. Incluyeron una botella de vino espumoso cortesía de la casa y aromas personalizados en las habitaciones. Muy grato.

Gran comida, gran lugar, atención cercana. Hay pocas habitaciones, pero cada una tiene su propio caracter y cada una es bella. No hay actividades a realizar salvo descansar y comer bien, no hay caminatas ni paseos, la alberca no estaba funcionando.
