Hotel GHT Oasis Tossa & Spa

Quietly situated and offering excellent service and amenities. Foyer and lounge has been refurnished. Very comfortable rooms, good food with a great selection and very helpful staff. This is our sixth time at the hotel and we will e returning again.

The walls are paper thin could hear snoring from next room. Lorenzo on Reception was unhelpful and rude. There was a horrible smell as you waited for the Restaurant to open. Seriously people in pyjamas in the Restaurant. Lovely bearded man and happy lady cooking morning and evening. Could do a lot better no evidence of any Management.

Great hotel and very friendly staff, food was excellent .Brilliant choices to choose from and taste wonderful. Only 5 min walk to the beach, lovely scenery and lots of stunning places for pictures . The sea was still a bit cold for that time of the year which is expected. But temperature was between 18 to 20 during that time which was excellent.

Wonderful place, superb food, nice service. Close to sea side, one hour from Barcelona. External and interior swimming pool, bar and evening life music, SPA. Very clean and good standard of the rooms. We are going to back next year, good place for recovery and re-charge batteries.

This is one of the prettiest places I've ever visited .The hotel is about 10 minutes walk into the town and beach .It is spotlessly clean with fridge in the room which is free There are most of the English channels on the tv. The food .You won't find McDonald's was very good a great mix of Spanish and English dishes .There is a chef cooking fresh food for breakfast lunch and dinner .The star of the show has to be the castle which sits above a beautiful town which is full of lovely bars and restaurants .You won't find McDonald's or any other fast food outlets or any nightclubs filled with noisy adults which is why this resort is so charming .You don't get the gangs of drunken teenagers who often come as part of this culture iststead you will find a beautiful resort which feels safe for families and couples and anyone travelling alone .I will definitely return to this hotel and resort. Simply breathtaking

Still at the hotel room441 excellent view cannot fault this hotel friendly staff clean rooms maids in every day food in abundance everything and anything lots of choices some negative reviews on here no reason to look at these fantastic

Hotel spotless, friendly and helpful staff. Even got to pick my own pillow. Need to extend dining hours as to many people going in, in the short space of time so having to queue to get in, queue for a table, queue for food. The restaurant staff were lovely and worked hard trying to get things cleared. Found it strange having to book for the indoor pool? Rooms cleaned every day, towels changed everyday if need. Shower was brilliant. Would be good if had tea/coffee facilities in room. Downside was we were there for 1 week and only had entertainment on last 2 nights as was Halloween, but the town was pretty much closed so nothing to do. Can say though had a chilled relaxing time

We stayed for a week end of October 2023. Hotel is in a quiet area and close to shopping and beach, cafes/bars. Centre of Tossa is lovely highly recommend. Rooms were cleaned daily Food was very good. Spa on premises was great 7 euros to go in, we went to have a swim in the indoor pool after our session and were told it was closed so had to get out don’t know why we weren’t told this before hand. Negatives- Poor communication from hotel as to what was going on that week, no evening entertainment. They did put on a fab display for Halloween on the Friday and Saturday then took decorations down even though Halloween is on the Tuesday. Outside pool was obviously not heated in October so be aware it’s cold. The worst experience was probably the ‘canteen’ aka restaurant. The evening meal wasn’t till 8pm till 10pm which was too late as everyone was queuing to get into the restaurant every single night. Never experienced this before on holiday abroad. Watch out for many people pushing in the queue aswell coming out of the lift and just pushing past everyone! Once inside it wasn’t much better, bit of a free for all not relaxing at all, we ended up asking to sit on the furthest tables as it was so manic near the food areas. Drinks were expensive 8.50 euros for a glass of wine with your meal, we opted for water in the end. Breakfast time food was good again just queues for the drinks machines were ridiculous they had one either side of the room but wasn’t enough to cater for the amount of people in there. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to dinner time experiences and lack of evening entertainment.
