Staff were very nice and helpful. The pool area was lovely with lots of shade, and pretty grounds, all within the old town of Tossa and a short walk to the beach, with its iconic castle. The rooms were very spacious and clean and some had spectacular views of the sea.

Service from staff is excellent the hotel is very clean and staff work very hard to keep it up to that standard. Rooms need a little updating and some of electrical plugs could be put in better position. One thing i did not like was you at to pay for the fridge in your room it had a lock on it should have been free. Hotel is run very well and will return in.the furniture ⁹.

Does what it says on the tin, a typical 3 star hotel, no thrills. Pool area was actually better than I expected, jacuzzi, large seating area and very comfortable beds. Rooms dated but fine, only slight issue was you had to pay extra to use the fridge and the aircon didn’t work, but apart from that, clean, tidy and fresh towels every day. Only had breakfast which you’d be hard pressed to find a complaint, plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience in a brilliant location with bars, restaurants and the beach all less than 10 minutes walk away.

Lovely smallish traditional Spanish hotel. Nice pool area and gardens, along with friendly staff and a great location close to the lovely old town, made this a really nice place to stay.

I stayed at the Hotel Neptuno in June for a two week holiday. This was my fifth stay, and, as usual, I was treated by the staff like an old friend instead of a guest. The hotel and bedrooms are always spotless, and a special mention must go to the housekeeping team for the brilliant job that they do. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, such as tuning the channel on the television in the lounge so that you can see a particular football match, or making your drink just the way you like it. A special mention must go to Paco, Javi, Juan, Katia, Sofia, Ginna, Christina and Naus, who all played their part in making my holiday so enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Neptuno to my friends, and I look forward to returning next year for another holiday.

It was our first visit to Tossa de Mar and the hotel Neptuno was perfect. It is spotlessly clean and all staff are very friendly and helpful, The room was a good size with safe and fridge ,Bathroom was a good size with nice towels and free toothbrush,comb,tissues ,shower cap etc. The spa was very good ,there are lovely gardens good size pool,sun loungers,and bali beds. We only did breakfast and there was plenty to eat and very nice. The hotel is in a ideal position only a couple of minuets walk and you are in the town. We will definitely return.

We have stayed here at least 5 times over the past 20 or so years. Every single visit has been delightful. The hotel is welcoming, clean and relaxed. Many of the staff have been here since our first visit and welcome us back like old friends. Special mentions for Javi, Paco, Sofia, Ginna, Katia, Juan, Christina, and Naus, who made our stay perfect once again. There are plenty of options for buffet-style breakfast and dinner and the food is fresh and well presented. The hotel is situated overlooking the remains of a Roman villa in a quiet corner of town. The beach and the Vila Vella are a short pretty stroll away.
