We reserved this "place" for 6 nights starting August 5, 2022. We took possession of our accommodation on August 5, 2022 at Pierre et Vacances de Tossa del Mar Villa Romana for 6 nights. If we were aware from the comments on the internet, the surprise and disappointment of discovering the rental in broad daylight is even worse than we imagined! Beyond the ambient humidity, the musty and "old" smell upon entering the accommodation, several other things caught our attention: - Parasol without tarpaulin on the structure; We are told that none of the accommodation is equipped with a parasol, which is surprising because on the website our accommodation is photographed with a "complete" parasol. - Stained sofa bed sheets (brown stain); - Curtains in a state of dirt unworthy of the brand (pitted by humidity); - Cobwebs everywhere and walls "bitten" by ambient humidity. - Dirty dishes that we had to completely rewash; - Toilet door that no longer closes; - Kitchen furniture that threatens to collapse; - Toilet bowl that does not hold; - Dirty microwaves and filthy ovens; We are told that it is complicated to clean... - Deplorable state of the air conditioning filters: - Swimming pool whose state of transparency invites you not to swim; - Dangerous swimming pool terrace (exposed screws, slats that do not hold); All for €1259 for 6 nights!!! It's simply shameful. Not wishing to stay in this unsanitary accommodation, we contacted reception who told us that, yes, the place is aging and that in fact all my observations are normal. We then contacted the complaints service (0173275590), to which a very unpleasant person responded despite the calm that I was able to maintain in such circumstances. The latter tells me that being on call and understaffed, he is not responsible for this situation. What follows are daily emails to which we will never receive a response. We finally leave the place a day early. We finally received a partial response on AUGUST 29 (!!!), 3 weeks after our stay. I am told again that everything is as described BUT, in its great generosity, Pierre & Vacances reimburses me for the parking (inaccessible for one night), as well as for the unoccupied night and gives me a credit of €200!!! If there is not here some recognition of the harm suffered. Worse still, I received a letter today for a recovery of €200 for my stay! I think we really don't care about customers at Pierre et Vacances! I finally sent a registered return ticket on 08/29/22 requesting a full refund. This letter obviously remains unanswered to this day! Reminders for fictitious unpaid debts arrive quite normally. This place and this group openly makes fun of its customers!
