We we’re so relaxed, saw a wild fox when we were in the spa. The food was soo good. The check-in isn’t 24/7 which is so hard. We had to leave early. So we had to pay online. After we left. But overal great experience. We were well rested.

The environment is very good and parking is convenient. I especially like the large windows in the room, which can be opened completely, and the beautiful scenery outside the window is in front of me. The quality of food and service is very good. I stayed in January for one day and the room was very hot. I found out in the morning that the heating in the room is adjustable. It’s too hot and we can’t blame the hotel; the hotel elevator runs erratically and there’s an obvious feeling of frustration; the toilet flushing sound in the bathroom is extremely loud; the toys in the children’s activity room are limited and incomplete; the billiards table tennis only has two cues, and one of them has no head; the wardrobe The underwear rack cannot be reached into the bathroom, so hand-washed clothes can be hung directly in the closet without worrying about dripping water and getting the closet wet.

We stayed during a busy football tournament and hotel managed it all really well. Restaurant manager exceptional attention to detail. Food excellent. Great views and amazing value for money. Thank you we would like to return in the future.

Booked a family duplex room at La Collada as our original hotel in La Molina closed unexpectedly before the end of the ski season. It’s a really great hotel. The views are exceptional, staff lovely and kind to the children, and restaurant genuinely excellent for breakfast and dinner - particularly considering the location in a remote part of Catalonia. Rooms are perfectly good also - clean and good bathrooms in particular. Kids loved having their own ‘bedroom’ on the top floor. Location totally fine for la molina - 10 minutes to huge car park at pista larga for lessons and nursery slopes.

The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. We had two rooms as we were travelling with teens. Unfortunately you can’t get interconnecting rooms if they are different types ( eg a triple and a double). The hotel is about 15 mins drive from the slopes at La Masella so not too far. The staff are nice and breakfast buffet is very good. We ate in the restaurant in the evening a couple of times ( a la carte) and the food was very tasty. I think it’s worth doing the maths on whether to go half board/ full board. The towns close by dont have many options and it was a hassle to drive 30-45 mins to the nearest good town for dinner. So eating in the hotel is an attractive option. The only bugbear I have is regarding the spa. It looks excellent but I think it’s totally ridiculous they insist on charging 20Euros extra per person to use it. And they make a big fuss about it being only for over 14’s but when I poked my head in a few times there were loads of Spanish people who’d taken their younger kids in. If they would just relax and make it included in the price of the room it would make the whole stay MUCH less of a hassle and give them 5 stars. The ley also offer treatments but my massage wasn’t worth it - after a day of skiing I wanted a nice Swedish massage but ended up paying 60euros to have someone basically tickle my skin because they only offered a ‘relaxing massage’. Overall a good option compared to others nearby.

Pésima experiencia. Me cancelaron la reserva el mismo día, sin previo aviso, dejándome tirado y obligándome a cancelar todas mis actividades. Una falta de profesionalismo inaceptable. No les importa en absoluto el cliente, solo su conveniencia. Eviten este hotel a toda costa si no quieren arruinar sus planes. Si podéis evitad este hotel!

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas para nada. Como mucho 3 estrellas por su spa nada mas. La cena a 32€ sin bebida para un bufet muy pobre es exagerada
La habitacion vale un 2 estrellas , no han cambiado la toalla grande el dia siguiente . Solo el chico de la recepcion y el del bar muy profesionel los dos y muy amables.

Esto no es un 4*S ni de lejos. Habitación sucia, almohadas cada cama con una distinta y una con pelusas. La peor noche de mi vida en hotel, se oye TODO! Horrible. 200€ por una noche para olvidar. El spa nada que ver con las fotos y el desayuno digno de un hotelucho de 3 estrellas básico.
