Great hotel with high standards. The hotel is just renovated and features spacious and modern rooms with A/C and balconies. The rooms seem quite sound proof. The breakfast buffet is large and offers a wide variety of selections including pastries, fruit, cerials, various egg dishes etc. The pool is large and well-kept with a life guard. It opens 8:30 and closes around 19:00. In addition the guests can utilise the pool in the camping grounds right next door. On peak-hours the wifi might not be able to accommodate all streaming devices but it is not a Big problem.

Friendly reception. The hotel covers several buildings, so thr receptionist actually took us all the way there. The room was clean and everything worked. The pool is excellent. The bar staff are helpful and friendly. There was a lifeguard. It is a bit hard to find! You think you are driving into the camping site, but go past the campsite kiosk and there is a narrow unsigned road. Plenty of parking, and a garage for bicycles. The breakfast buffet is super. We did not eat in the restaurant, it is expensive.

This place is a treasure of a find - such a beautiful location on the lake shore, surrounded by citrus trees and beautiful flowers. The majestic mountains create a stunning backdrop - a perfect place for resting and relaxing. The hotel is clean, modern and friendly. We had a problem with our air conditioning at the beginning of the trip and whilst this was inconvenient and frustrating, the hotel director and management went out of their way to ensure that we were compensated and the problem was sorted - we were so grateful for their approach. We were bed and breakfast - the breakfast was fantastic. Such a variety of cooked breakfast, baked goods, cereals, fruit, meats, cheeses and more. We have no complaints here. The on-site restaurant was also excellent quality and value for money. We ate in other restaurants around the lake but this was bar far the best. We highly recommend staying here - couples, families, friends and even solo travellers - you won’t be disappointed. God willing, we will come back again.

Un piacevole weekend in questa suggestivo hotel composto da una villa storica, un monastero ed una struttura più recente tutto ben armoniosamente sistemati intorno ad una bella piscina e a pochi passi dal lago. Ottima colazione e ristorante. Camera pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve l. Personale gentile . Peccato passarvi una sola notte merita più giorni!

Location molto carina,camere pulitissime e dotate di ogni confort,per la colazione si potrebbe un po’ migliorare ma comunque c’è ampia scelta di dolce e di salato,la posizione ottima,fronte lago. Piscina molto grande anche se non recente ma comunque tenuta bene.

Esperienza bellissima, a luglio siamo stati in vacanza 4 giorni in mezza pensione, il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile fermarci altri 3 giorni, per poi fare altri 3 weekend nel corso dell estate. Bellissima location, tutti molto gentili, posto rilassante e piacevole, il ristorante per la cena molto romantico a bordo piscina con cibo per qualsiasi palato e per qualsiasi intolleranza, camere pulitissime e anche i giardini e i vialetti molto curati

Stanza ampia e pulita, comodo al lago a cui si accede dal campeggio adiacente. Parcheggio Interno comodo. Bella piscina . Ristorazione molto buona, i camerieri, non tutti, non adeguati... Il resto del personale sia si piani che alla reception attenti e gentili. X il resto da consigliare

Parto dalle cose da migliorare, ingresso confondente, ti trovi scritti nomi diversi (hotel monastero, villaggio turistico...) e si nota immediatamente il villaggio turistico. Non si capisce dove sia la reception dell'hotel!!! Pure dove si fanno le colazioni non è chiaro, ci sono segnalazioni che dirottano nel posto sbagliato. Inoltre l'aria condizionata in stile americano, gelida. La vista delle stanze sui bungalow non è il top. Punti di forza invece, camere pulitissime, confortevoli, ampie, luminose, soffitti molto alti, letto comodo, arredo essenziale ma piacevole. Accoglienza e cortesia del personale degna di nota. Colazione ottima e ricca, abbiamo provato anche il ristorante, ottima la cucina, le pizze non eccezionali, coppe gelato ottime e ad un prezzo conveniente, il dessert invece deludente in vasetto acquistato e servito con stampigliato il nome sul coperchio e pagato un prezzo eccessivo per un prodotto confezionato. La piscina molto comoda, magari si potrebbero realizzare dei servizi igienici ad uso piscina e non obbligare chi vuole andare in bagno dalla piscina ad andare bagnato fradicio a servirsi dei bagni del ristorante.
