Great stay! The whole plot is really well maintained, nice gardens, nice views, nice exteriors and interiors - and above all of that the staff is extraordinary kind and helpful! Hospitality at it’s best! Thx a lot for that. Hope to come back one day… Especially as suite guest you are supported in any aspect - I enjoyed it a lot staying at this special place. The location is better, right on the mountain. Departing in the morning is very close to the volcano. Because the trip was short, we only stayed for one day and didn’t even have time to have breakfast at the hotel. But the facilities are quite complete. Four points are considered excellent, five points are reserved for hotels that are perfect and exceed expectations~ Overall it was pretty good and the room was clean.
